However, a gap γ is formed between the panels a 1 and a 2 by the head of the fixing tool β to the innermost part of the engagement groove, and rainwater or the like blown up from the joint b is formed by the large gap γ. There is a disadvantage that the light is transmitted to the α side and corrodes the wall foundation α.
Moreover, since the fixing tool β is formed near the joint portion b,
Fasteners beta to rainwater directly head for thus reaching the fixing hole drilled in the panel a 1 by fasteners beta, rusting fixtures beta, rainwater from the fixing hole to wall base α There were drawbacks such as corrosion of the wall base α due to intrusion. Furthermore, the fixing tool β was visible from the outside through the gap in the joint portion b, and the aesthetic appearance was significantly poor. The reinforcing piece c formed in the core material is fixed by the fixing tool β. However, when the panel a 1 is fixed by the fixing tool β, the reinforcing piece c is deformed and the fixing piece β is fixed. It was extremely difficult to cast, which was a major drawback in construction.

Hereinafter, a panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a representative example of the panel A, which is a panel A having a sandwich structure including a front surface material 1 , a back surface material 18 , and a core material 21. The front surface material 1 and the back surface material 18 are made of a metal sheet material or a synthetic resin material, for example, Al, Fe, C
u, formed by press forming, extrusion forming, roll forming, etc., such as stainless steel plate, aluminum / zinc alloy plated steel plate, color steel plate, titanium plate, enameled steel plate, fluorocarbon resin coated steel plate, clad steel plate, sandwich steel plate, etc. . In more detail, the surface material 1 as shown in FIG. 2, and makeup face 2 of the Horizontal, male coupling portion 6 is obtained by forming a trough-shaped part 1a from the female coupling part 12., cosmetic face 2 Are formed by side walls 3 and 4 in which both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface 2a are bent inward at an arbitrary angle, and an underground base 5 in which a lower end edge of the side wall 3 protrudes outward. The male connecting portion 6 has an insertion edge 7 composed of an upper edge 8 protruding further outward at the tip of the basement 5 and a lower edge 9 bent at the tip of the upper edge 8 in an approximately U-shape.
And a concave fixing groove 10 formed in the upper edge 8 of the insertion edge 7 and a reinforcing piece 11 in which the tip of the lower edge 9 is bent inward in an L-shape. As shown in FIG. 4, the insertion edge 7 is a portion which is inserted into a fitting groove 16 of the female connecting portion 12 described later and is fixed to the wall base α, and a fixing tool β such as a nail is inserted into the fixing groove 10. And functions as a fixing portion for fixing the panel A to the wall base α. Further, the concave fixing groove 10 is formed to be larger than the height and width of the nail head of the fixing tool β so that the fixing tool β does not protrude above the surface of the basement 5, and the panel A

No gap is formed at the contact portion with
A groove is formed by a groove 14 to be described later to prevent a capillary phenomenon and enhance waterproofness, and the length from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the upper edge 8 side of the fixing groove 10 is l 1 . Assuming that the length from the tip of the edge 7 to the tip of the reinforcing piece 11 is l 2 , l 1 ≧ l 2
When placing the fixing tool β into the fixing groove 10, the reinforcing piece
11 is designed to be out of the way. In addition, the reinforcing piece 11 is interposed in the core material 21 to strengthen the integration of the surface material 1 and the core material 21, and when the insertion edge 7 is inserted into the fitting groove 16, the insertion edge 7 is This prevents the lower surface 15 from being pressed and deformed, and helps secure the fixing.
The female connecting portion 12 has an upper surface 13 in which the lower edge of the side wall 4 is bent inward.
A groove 14 is formed by projecting a part of the upper surface 13 (near the tip in the figure) to the decorative surface portion 2 side, a lower surface 15 having the upper end 13 bent outward at the distal end, and a cross section substantially formed by the upper surface 13 and the lower surface 15. It comprises a U-shaped fitting groove 16 and a reinforcing piece 17 with the tip of the lower surface 15 bent inward. More specifically, the length from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the edge of the fixing groove 10 on the side wall 3 side is l.
3, the length of the upper surface 13 When l 4, a relation of l 3 ≦ l 4,
As shown in FIG. 4, the head of the fixing tool β is covered with the upper surface 13 to improve waterproofness and aesthetics. The groove 14 is provided to prevent a capillary phenomenon by forming a gap γ in a connection portion between the panels A to improve the waterproof property, and together with the fixing groove 10, a double capillary phenomenon is performed. This is for forming a prevention gap. In the drawing, the dimensions are set so that the fixing groove 10 and the groove 14 are present at the same location in the connecting portion, but they may be displaced at all. Also, the upper edge 8 and the upper surface 13 where the fixing groove 10 and the groove 14 do not exist are formed substantially flush with each other, and together with the formation of the gap γ, the waterproofness and airtightness are improved. It is useful. The fitting groove 16 is a portion which is engaged with the insertion green 7 of the male connecting portion 6 and fixes the panel A to the wall base α. As shown in FIG. 3, the back member 18 has an extended portion 19 in which one end of a long plate is bent inward in a direction substantially parallel to the plate, and the other end is formed in a direction substantially parallel to the plate outward. The extended portion 19 and the end of the notched portion 20 are bent upward to stabilize the piece 19 in the figure.
a and 20a are formed to function as a guide surface at the time of engagement and a mold at the time of production, and a gutter-like portion 18a is formed from these. This back material 18 covers the back surface of a core material 21 described later to form the panel A as a sandwich structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the panel A itself, as well as a nonflammable material, a waterproof material, a heat insulating material, a water absorbing material, a sound insulating material, It is useful as one function such as packing material, and the material is the same material as the surface material 1, or asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin Sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper,
It is made of one or two or more kinds of glass fiber non-woven fabrics, and is made of a sheet subjected to a waterproof treatment or a flame retardant treatment. The attachment is formed integrally with a core material 21 described later, and the lower edge 9, the core material 21, and the extension portion 19 form an engagement groove 22 having a concave cross section with the lower surface 15, the core material 21, and the notch portion 20.
As a result, an engaging piece 23 having a convex cross section is formed, and as shown in FIG. 4, the engaging piece 23 is engaged with the fitting groove 16 and the engaging piece 23 is dropped into the engaging groove 22. Then, the panel A is fixed to the wall foundation α. In addition, the extension 19 and the notch 20 are provided for greatly improving fireproofness, waterproofness (prevention of rainwater from entering the wall base α), and airtightness. This is to prevent the flame from penetrating to the back surface 18b, and to provide a panel A that can pass the fire resistance test. In the drawing, in order to further improve the fire resistance, the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 18 are formed so as not to be in contact with each other to prevent a thermal bridge. The core material 21 mainly uses a synthetic resin foam, and functions as a heat insulating material, a reinforcing material, a soundproofing material, a cushioning material, a fireproofing material, an adhesive, and the like. For example, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, Synthetic resin foams such as polyimide foam, and flame retardants (borate, silicate, phosphate, etc.), flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloon, etc.), aggregates (pearlite) , Glass beads, etc.), fibrous materials (long and short fibers) etc., phenol foam powder coated around pearlite, heated and pressurized and foamed, or plasterboard, rock Cotton board, calcium silicate board, glass wool board, AL
It is made of C, FRC, sheathing insulation board, wood chip board, glass wool, etc., and is formed by a single material or by combining a plurality of materials. In the figure, the core material 21 is formed by the gutter-like portion 1 of the front material 1 and the back material 18.
a, 18a, so that the front material 1 and the back material 18 do not come into contact with each other even at the connection part, so that even if the front material 1 is heated by a fire or the like, the heat is not transmitted to the back material 18 . The purpose is to improve the fire resistance, heat insulation, and condensation resistance by preventing thermal bridges.

According to the panel of the present invention as described above,
In fixing to the wall base, a portion where the core material and the back surface material are present in the lower layer at one edge of the surface material is fixed, so that the panel is securely fixed to the wall base and does not peel off. Large panels can be securely fixed to the wall base without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. Due to the grooves formed on the upper surface of the female connecting portion, a double capillary action preventing space is formed in combination with the fixing groove, and the upper edge of the male connecting portion and the upper surface of the female connecting portion are engaged. Sometimes, they are almost in contact with each other, and the prevention of the capillary phenomenon and the sealing make it possible to enhance the waterproofness which has not been achieved in the past. Since the middle of the upper edge is depressed in a concave shape along the longitudinal direction and a fixing groove larger than the width of the head of the fixture and the height is formed, the fixture does not protrude from the upper edge, eye underground,
Waterproofness, airtightness, and workability can be improved. Since the length of the upper surface is formed to be equal to or longer than the position of the fixing groove and the female connecting portion is formed with a side wall for closing the opening of the connecting portion, the fixing tool is not exposed to the outside. Even if a slight error occurs in the joint width, the fixing tool is not seen from the outside. Due to the extension and the cutout formed in the backing material, rain water due to fire, heat, wind and rain due to fire does not enter the wall base. Since the reinforcing piece formed on the male connecting portion side of the surface material is formed inside the core material, the integration with the core material is ensured, and the strength of the insertion edge against external force is improved. Since the reinforcing piece was formed at a position where it was not fixed by the fixture, it did not interfere with the construction. In the case of a structure in which the front surface material and the back surface material do not come into contact even at the connection portion, a thermal bridge is prevented and fire resistance, heat insulation, and dew condensation resistance are improved. Panels with improved waterproofness, airtightness, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing, and workability. There are features and effects such as.
