There was a disadvantage of corroding α. In addition, fixture β
Is formed in the vicinity of the joint b, so that rainwater or the like directly reaches the head of the fixing tool β and the fixing hole formed in the panel a 1 by the fixing tool β. However, there are drawbacks such as infiltration of rainwater into the wall foundation α from the fixing holes. Furthermore, the fixing tool β was visible from the outside through the gap in the joint portion b, and the aesthetic appearance was significantly poor. Further, the reinforcing piece c formed in the core material is fixed by the fixing tool β. However, when the panel a 1 is fixed by the fixing tool β, the reinforcing piece c is deformed and the fixing piece β is fixed. It was extremely difficult to cast, which was a major drawback in construction. Furthermore, if the core material is a synthetic resin foam, the front surface material during production, covered with a sheet-like material so as not to leak from the end between the back material,
In order to further enhance waterproofness and airtightness, a packing or the like must be interposed in the female portion, and two members, a sheet-like material and a packing, are indispensable.

In addition, the combination of the drop-in structure and the actual structure improves waterproofness and workability, and also enhances workability as a structure in which the reinforcing piece interposed in the core material on the fixed part side is not fixed by the fixture. An object of the present invention is to provide a panel in which a flexible joint member is integrally formed at both ends in the width direction of the panel.

FIG. 1 shows a representative example of the panel A, which is a sandwiched panel A composed of a front material 1 , a back material 17 , a core material 22, and a joint member 23 . Front material 1 and back material
17 is made of metal sheet material, or synthetic resin material, for example, Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum / zinc alloy plated steel sheet, color steel sheet, enamel steel sheet, fluororesin coated steel sheet,
It is formed by pressing, extruding, roll forming, or the like, a kind of a clad steel plate, a sandwich steel plate or the like. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface material 1 includes a horizontally long decorative surface portion 2, a male-type connecting portion 6, and a female-type connecting portion 12.
The decorative surface portion 2 has side walls 3, 4 in which both longitudinal edges of the decorative surface 2a are bent inward at an arbitrary angle, and the lower end edge of the side wall 3 is directed outward. It is formed from a protruding underground ground 5. The male connecting portion 6 includes an upper edge 8 protruding further outward at the tip of the basement 5 and a insertion edge 7 having a lower edge 9 bent at the tip of the upper edge 8 in an approximately U-shape. A concave fixing groove 10 formed in the upper edge 8 of the insertion edge 7;
The lower edge 9 is made of a reinforcing piece 11 having an inwardly L-shaped bent end. As shown in FIG. 5, the insertion edge 7 is a portion which is inserted into a fitting groove 15 of the female connecting portion 12 to be described later and is fixed to the wall foundation α, and a fixing tool β such as a nail is inserted into the fixing groove 10. And functions as a fixing portion for fixing the panel A to the wall base α. The concave fixing groove 10 is formed to be larger than the height and width of the nail head of the fixing tool β so that the fixing tool β does not protrude above the surface of the basement 5 and engages the panel A. In this case, a gap is not formed in a contact portion between the upper surface 13 and the underground base 5 and the upper edge 8, which will be described later.
A gap is formed by 10 to prevent the capillary phenomenon and enhance waterproofness, and at the same time, from the tip of the insertion edge 7 to the upper edge 8 of the fixing groove 10.
Up to a length of the side l 1, and the length from the tip of the Sakomien 7 to the tip of the reinforcing piece 11, l 2, the relationship of l 1 ≧ l 2, fixing groove 10
When the fixing tool β is placed on the reinforcing member 11, the reinforcing piece 11 is prevented from obstructing. The joint member significantly improves the waterproofness and airtightness of the joint. The joint member functions as a leakage preventing material for the synthetic resin foam raw material. Since the joint member has flexibility, waterproofness and airtightness are greatly improved. The joint member improves the dimensional accuracy of the end portion and the construction accuracy. Joint member 1
Thus, it has the functions of a conventional liquid leakage prevention sheet and packing. The thermal bridge between the surface material and the back surface material is eliminated by the interposition of the joint member, the heat insulation is improved, and a dew condensation preventing function is provided. In fixing to the wall base, a portion where the core material and the back surface material are present in the lower layer at one edge of the surface material is fixed, so that the panel is securely fixed to the wall base and does not peel off.
Large panels can be securely fixed to the wall base without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. Since the middle of the upper edge is depressed in a concave shape along the longitudinal direction and a fixing groove larger than the width of the head of the fixture and the height is formed, the fixture does not protrude from the upper edge, eye underground, Waterproofness, airtightness, and workability can be improved. Since the length of the upper surface is formed longer than the position of the fixing groove, the fixing tool is not exposed to the outside. Even if a slight error occurs in the joint width, the fixing tool is not seen from the outside. The extended portion and the cutout portion formed on the back surface material prevent the rainwater caused by fire, heat, wind and rain, etc., from entering the wall foundation side due to the fire. Since the reinforcing piece formed on the male connecting portion side of the surface material is formed inside the core material, the integration with the core material is ensured, and the strength of the insertion edge against external force is improved. Since the reinforcing piece was formed at a position where it was not fixed by the fixture, it did not interfere with the construction. Since the surface material and the back material do not come into contact with each other even at the connection part, a heat bridge is prevented and fire resistance, heat insulation, and dew condensation resistance are improved. Waterproof, airtight, shockproof,
Panels with improved heat insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing, and workability. There are features and effects such as.
