There was a disadvantage that α was corroded. Furthermore, since the fixing tool β is formed near the joint portion b, rainwater or the like directly reaches the head of the fixing tool β and the fixing hole formed in the panel a 1 by the fixing tool β. There were drawbacks such as rusting of the fixture β, infiltration of rainwater into the wall base α from the fixing holes, and flow of wastewater due to rust of the fixing β.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory view showing one embodiment of the joint structure of the panel (hereinafter simply referred to as joint structure), wherein A is a panel, B is a sealing material, α is a wall base, and β is a fixture. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the panel A is a panel A having a sandwich structure including a front surface material 1 , a back surface material 18 , and a core material 21. Front material 1 and back material
18 is made of a metal sheet material or a synthetic resin material, for example, Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum / zinc alloy plated steel sheet, color steel sheet, enamel steel sheet, fluororesin coated steel sheet,
It is formed by pressing, extruding, roll forming, or the like, a kind of a clad steel plate, a sandwich steel plate or the like. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the surface material 1 includes a horizontally long decorative surface portion 2 , a male connecting portion 6 , and a female connecting portion 12.
The male connecting portion 6 protrudes outwardly from the side wall 3 in which the longitudinal edge of the decorative surface 2a is bent inward at an arbitrary angle and the lower end edge of the side wall 3 from the outer surface. Shitame Underground 5
A fixing groove 7 which is formed by suspending the tip of the eye basement 5 downward and bending in a concave shape; and an upper edge 9 projecting outward with the end edge of the fixing groove 7 being located inside the eye basement 5. And an insertion edge 8 formed by a lower edge 10 having the upper edge 9 bent inward in a substantially U-shape, and a reinforcing piece having the lower edge 10 bent inward in an L-shape.
It consists of eleven. As shown in FIG. 1, the insertion portion 8 is a portion which is inserted into a fitting groove 16 of the female connecting portion 12 described later and is fixed to the wall base α, and a fixing tool β such as a nail is inserted into the fixing groove 7. And functions as a fixing portion for fixing the panel A to the wall base α. In addition, the concave fixing groove 7 is formed larger than the height and width of the head of the fixing tool β so that the fixing tool β does not protrude above the surface of the upper edge 9,
When the panel A is engaged, no gap is formed at a contact portion between the upper surface 14 and the upper edge 9, which will be described later, thereby enhancing waterproofness. The fixing groove 7 is provided in the middle of the upper edge 9 or between the upper base 9 and the underground base 5 (in the figure, between the upper edge 9 and the underground base 5). Further, the underground base 5 is located outward from the upper edge 9, and a side surface 7a, which is a step surface, is formed in a concave strip 13 on the female connecting portion 12 side described later, as shown in FIG. It functions as a contact surface that comes into contact with the seal member B.
Further, the reinforcing piece 11 is used to reinforce the surface material 1 on the male connecting portion 6 side,
As shown in FIG. 1, when the panel A is fixed to the base wall α of the panel A, when a fixing tool β such as a nail is driven into the fixing groove 7, the reinforcing piece 11 is also fixed by the fixing tool β. This prevents the insertion edge 8 from being deformed by being pressed by the lower surface 15 when the insertion edge 8 is inserted into the fitting groove 16, and serves to securely fix the insertion edge 8. The female connector 12 is the male connector 6 on the decorative surface 2a.
A side wall 4 having a side edge opposite to the inside bent inward, a concave line 13 having a lower end edge of the side wall 4 bent in an approximately inverted L-shape, and an upper surface having a lower end edge of the concave line 13 bent inward. 14, a lower surface 15 in which the tip of the upper surface 14 is bent outward in a U-shape, a fitting groove 16 formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section from the upper surface 14 and the lower surface 15, and the tip of the lower surface 15 inward. It is composed of bent reinforcing pieces 17. The fitting groove 16 is engaged with the insertion edge 8 of the male connecting portion 6 and

ある。As described above, according to the joint structure of the panel according to the present invention, since the formation of the sealing material does not allow rainwater blown up by wind and rain to enter the inside, the waterproof property is improved, and the fixing tool is further improved. Rust of the fixing hole drilled by the head and the fixing tool can be prevented for a long time. The rust in the fixing hole by the fixing tool and the fixing tool does not flow out due to the formation of the sealing material. Large panels can be securely fixed to the frame without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. The middle of the upper edge of the panel is recessed along the longitudinal direction to form a fixing groove that is larger than the width and height of the head of the fixture, so that the fixture can protrude from the upper edge and underground. In addition, waterproofness, airtightness, and workability can be improved. Since the length of the upper surface of the panel is made longer than the position of the fixing groove and the sealing material is formed, the sealing material is not exposed to the outside. Since the interposition position of the sealing material is set between the side corners of the male connecting portion and the concave portions of the female connecting portion, the sealing material can be easily implanted and the joints can be reliably sealed. Due to the inner and outer pieces formed on the back surface of the panel, fire, wind and rain, etc. due to a fire do not enter the wall base. Since the surface material and the back material of the panel do not come into contact with each other even at the connection part, a heat bridge is prevented and fire resistance, heat insulation, and condensation resistance are improved. Panel joint structure with improved waterproof, airtightness, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing, and workability. There are features and effects such as.
