However, in this type of panel, if nails, bolts, etc. are used to fix the body to the body, and the body is fixed from the brain, it is not possible to follow the deformation of the body due to an earthquake or the like, and there is a disadvantage that it is damaged. In the case of a large panel with a decorative surface width of 600 to 900 mm, hitting the surface from the decorative surface has been the usual method of construction, which exposes fasteners such as nails and bolts on the decorative surface. The aesthetics and weather resistance are greatly deteriorated. Further, when the front and back materials are metal plate materials, the front material and the back material come into contact with each other at the connection part, and the heat of the surface material is generated on the back material side at the connection part which is the weakest point in case of fire. There was a problem in fire resistance because it spreads to the so-called heat bridge and may break the connecting part.
In addition, this kind of panel has a male and female connection structure on the surface material side and is only fixed to the body by the connection by the surface material, and the back material only functions as a reinforcing material that covers the back surface of the core material. None, the backing material did not contribute to the engagement of the panel at all.
