More specifically, even if the decorative surface width and panel thickness are increased, the male and female fitting structures do not fall off from the wall base, and fixtures such as nails are not exposed to the outside.
The present invention relates to a panel that can be stretched vertically or horizontally.

These panels are roughly divided into a butt structure, an actual perforated structure, a phase determination structure, and a hooking structure.

In addition, since these panels fix the surface material side that is the decorative surface, when the surface material is a metal material, it cannot follow the expansion and contraction due to heat, and the decorative surface is deformed, greatly improving the designability. It was something that caused it to fall. Further, when the surface material and the back surface material are thin metal plate materials, there is a disadvantage that the surface material and the back surface material are in contact with each other at the connecting portion between the panels and the fire resistance is poor due to the heat bridge.

Further, one end edge of the back surface material is fixed to the body. This prevents the panel from peeling due to thermal expansion and contraction of the panel and deformation of the body (earthquake, etc.),
Further, the present invention provides a panel which has passed the fire resistance test and which can further increase the width and thickness of the decorative surface.

FIG. 1 is a typical example of the panel A, which is a panel A having a sandwich structure composed of a front surface material 1 , a back surface material 12 , and a core material 30. The surface material 1 and the back surface material 12 are made of thin metal plate material, and are, for example, Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum, zinc alloy plated steel sheet, color steel sheet, enamel steel sheet, fluororesin coated steel sheet, clad steel sheet, sandwich steel sheet, etc. Is formed by press molding, extrusion molding, roll molding, etc., and in the panel A shown in FIG.
2 , a male connecting portion 26 and a female connecting portion 28 are formed.
To further explain, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface material 1 has a decorative surface portion 2 formed of a decorative surface 3 that forms a wall surface when a wall body is formed, and one end edge of the decorative surface 3 is bent inward. The difference between the side wall 4 and the lower end edge of the side wall 4 outwardly parallel to the decorative surface 3 or slightly inclined, and the reinforcing piece 7 that hangs down the tip of the lower ground edge 6 Upper edge 5, side wall 9 with the other end edge of decorative surface 3 bent inward, upper edge 10 with the lower end of side wall 9 bent inward, and a reinforcing piece with the tip of upper edge 10 hanging downward A gutter-shaped portion 1a is formed from a cover portion 8 composed of 11 and 11. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the back-to-back space 12 is a ridge 14 in which one end edge of a plate made of the above material is projected upward, and a nail driving portion in which the lower end edge of the ridge 14 is extended inward. 15
And a step 16 in which the tip of the nail driving part 15 is bent upward,
A lower surface 17 in which the tip of 16 is bent and extends inward, an upper surface 18 in which the tip of lower surface 17 is bent outward, and a fitting groove 19 formed from the lower surface 17 and the upper surface 18 in a substantially U-shaped cross section. The fixing portion 13 including the reinforcing piece 20 projecting the tip of the upper surface 18 upward, the rising piece 22 having the other end edge of the plate material bent upward, and the lower surface 23 having the tip of the rising piece 22 bent outward. A trough-shaped portion 12a is formed by an insertion edge 21 composed of an upper surface 24 in which the tip of the lower surface 23 is bent inward and a reinforcing piece 25 in which the tip of the upper surface 24 is bent upward. The male connecting portion 26 is composed of the upper insertion edge 5, the upper surface 18 of the fixing portion 13, the inserting edge 27 made of the core material 30, and the fitting groove 19, and the female connecting portion 28 is the cover portion. 8 and upper surface 2 of insert edge 21
4, an engaging groove 29 made of the core material 30, and an insertion edge 21. As shown in FIG. 4, the engaging groove 29 engages the insertion edge 27 of the male connecting portion 26 , and the fitting groove 19 is the female connecting portion.
The insertion edge 21 of 28 is engaged, the fixing portion 13 is fixed to the wall base α by a fixing tool β such as a bolt, and the panel A is fixed to the wall base α. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the innermost part 29a of the engaging groove 29 is for improving fire resistance, for preventing liquid leakage when the core material 30 is discharged as raw material, and for preventing contact between the front surface material 1 and the rear surface material 12. This is a portion used for loading the backup material (synthetic resin material, inorganic material, etc.) 31 used, and is provided as necessary. Furthermore, the relationship between the height h 2 of height h 1 and the rising piece 22 of the ridge 14, and h 1 ≒ h 2, serve to prevent the can step on the wall member by protrusions 14 is there. Core material 30
Is mainly made of synthetic resin foam and functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a soundproofing material, a cushioning material, a fireproof material, etc., for example, a synthetic resin such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, or polyimide foam. Foam, and flame retardants (borate, silicate, phosphate, etc.), flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, etc.)
Talc, shirasu balloon, etc.), aggregates (perlite, glass beads, etc.), fibrous substances (long and short fibers), etc., mixed with phenol foam powder around perlite, and heating and pressurizing this Foamed, gypsum board, rock wool board, glass wool board, ALC, insulation board, wood chip board, glass wool, etc., which are formed of a single material or a combination of a plurality of materials. Further, the core material 30 is formed by the surface material 1
A gutter-shaped portion 1a of the back sheet 12, to fill the 12a, are those with the reinforcing piece 7 and the reinforcement piece 20 and the reinforcing strip 11, the reinforcing piece 25 does not contact, the surface material 1 by a fire or the like Even if heated, the heat is prevented from being transmitted to the back surface material 12 , and further, as shown in FIG. 4, even at the connecting portion between the panel A, the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 12 of the panels A 1 and A 2 are Without contact, it aims to improve fire resistance by preventing thermal bridges. Further, the opening width of the gutter-shaped portions 1a and 12a of the front surface material 1 and the back surface material 12 , that is, the width between the reinforcing pieces 7 and 11 is W 1 , and the reinforcing piece 20 and the reinforcing piece 25 are
And the width between the W 2, the relationship of W 1 ≒ W 2.

The expansion and contraction does not adversely affect the fixed part. Since there is no deformation on the decorative surface, designability can be maintained for a long period of time. nail,
Large panels can be securely fixed to the body without exposing the bolts to the outside. Even when the panels are fixed to the frame and connected to each other, the surface material and the back surface material between the panels do not come into contact with each other, and the thermal bridge from the surface material to the back material at the time of fire can be reliably prevented. The panel has improved waterproofness, airtightness, earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, soundproofing and workability. There are characteristics and effects.
