However, this type of panel has a disadvantage in that if it is fixed from the brain using nails, bolts, or the like to fix it to the frame, it cannot follow the deformation of the frame due to an earthquake or the like and is damaged. In the case of a large panel with a decorative surface width of about 600 to 900 mm, the conventional method is to perform a brain attack from the decorative surface, in which fixtures such as nails and bolts are exposed on the decorative surface. This significantly deteriorates aesthetics and weather resistance. Further, when the front and back members are metal plate members, the front and back members come into contact at the connecting portion, and the heat of the front member is reduced at the connecting portion, which is the weakest point in the event of a fire. Propagation to the side, that is, a so-called thermal bridge, may break the connecting portion, and there is a problem in fire resistance. In the male and female connection structure, rainwater leaks from between the connection parts due to wind and rain, etc., and it is considered that caulking material, packing material, etc. are interposed between the connection parts. There was a problem in terms of workability, cost, productivity, and workability (uneven joint width).

The present invention omits such points, while using a metal plate material for the surface material and the back surface material, the structure inserted into the surface material,
By forming a tongue-and-groove structure using the front material, the core material, and the back material, and integrating the front material with the core material so that the back material does not contact, the panel is fixed at one end and is not exposed to the outside To prevent the panel from peeling due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the panel and the deformation of the frame (earthquake, etc.) and the peeling of the surface material, pass the fire resistance test, and furthermore, the width of the decorative surface,
An object of the present invention is to provide a panel which can be made thicker and can maintain waterproofness without intervening a caulking material or a packing material in a connecting portion.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a panel according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a representative example of the panel A, which is a panel A having a sandwich structure including a front surface material 1 , a back surface material 20 , and a core material 25. Front material 1 and back material 20
Is made of metal sheet material, for example, press-forming, extrusion-forming, roll-forming a kind of Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel, aluminum / zinc alloy plated steel sheet, color steel sheet, enamel steel sheet, fluororesin coated steel sheet, clad steel sheet, sandwich steel sheet etc. The panel A shown in FIG. 1 is formed by molding or the like.
In the figure, a decorative surface portion 2, a male connecting portion 5, and a female connecting portion 13 are formed. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the surface material 1 is formed by forming a gutter-like portion 1a from a horizontally long decorative surface portion 2, a male connecting portion 5, and a female connecting portion 13. Is composed of side walls 3 and 4 in which the widthwise edges of the decorative surface 2a and the decorative surface 2a are bent inward. The male connecting portion 5 has an upper edge 6 in which the lower end of the side wall 3 is bent inward, and An engagement groove 8 having a substantially U-shaped cross section from a lower edge 7 having a distal end bent inward and a distal end projecting outward, and a fixing piece further projecting outward from the lower edge 7 of the engagement groove 8. 9, an upper piece 10 in which the tip of the fixed piece 9 is bent inward and the tip protrudes inward, a reinforcing piece 11 in which the tip of the upper piece 10 is bent inward, and a tip and an upper piece of the reinforcing piece 9 10, reinforcement piece 11
And an engagement piece 12 comprising: As shown in FIG. 4, the engaging groove 8 engages with the insertion edge 16 of the female connecting portion 13 to fix the panel A to the frame α with a fixing tool β such as a bolt, and to connect the panel A to the frame α. It is for attaching. The female connecting portion 13 includes a side wall 4 having the other end bent inward and an underground base 14 having a lower end of the side wall 4 projecting outward.
