Abstract

PURPOSE:To mount building panels from the rear side (the inside of a building). CONSTITUTION:An interlocking groove of a fixture B is fitted to a male tongue section of a building panel A formed by male and female coupling construction by using the fixture B consisting of an installation surface 24 formed by bending a square and plane fixed surface and one side edge of the fixed surface perpendicular to the outside in an approximate U-shape, and male and female coupling sections of the building panel A are fitted to each other through the fixture B. The fixed surface 23 of the fixture B is fixed to a columnar wall setting bed D mounted to a skeleton horizontally through an anchor C such as a soft fiber board, screw, etc. According to the constitution, the building panel A can be mounted from the rear side of the building panel or the inside of the building, and the building panels can be mounted without losing ordinary mounting strength and execution efficiency.

6 to 9 are modified examples of the fixture B, FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c) are modified examples of the tips of the engaging grooves 25, and FIGS. 7 (a) to 7 (d). ) Is an example in which a concave or convex reinforcing rib 32 is formed from the fixed surface 23 to the installation surface 24 to strengthen the strength of the entire fixture B. Figure 8
Similarly, (a) to (d) are examples in which concave or convex reinforcing ribs 32 are formed from the installation surface 24 to the engagement groove 25 to strengthen the strength, and in particular, FIG. Also forms a pilot hole 24a, and utilizes this pilot hole 24a
It is an example of a fixture B capable of integrating the panel A and the fixture B by hitting a blind rivet via the male part 22 of FIG. FIG. 9A shows an example of the fixture B having a horizontally long fixed surface 23, and FIG. 9B shows an example of a fixture B having a vertically long installation surface 24. Of course, the panel A and the fixture B may be a combination of the panel A and the fixture B, respectively.

As described above, according to the building panel mounting structure of the present invention, even under the condition that the building panel cannot be mounted from the front side of the building,
The engaging groove of the fitting is fitted to the male part of the building panel formed by the female connecting structure, and the male and female connecting parts of the building panel are fitted through the fitting, and the skeleton is formed. Since the construction panel is configured to be attached to the wall foundation by fixing the fixing surface of the fixture to the upper surface of the columnar wall foundation that is horizontally attached to the The panel can be mounted from the back side (inside the room) of the panel without losing normal mounting strength and workability.

1. In a construction panel in which a core material is filled between a surface material and a back surface material of a long plate material, the surface material is a horizontally long decorative surface portion, and one longitudinal side edge of the decorative surface portion is inward. A curved side wall, an upper edge protruding outward from the side wall, a lower edge bent inward at the tip of the upper edge into a substantially U-shape, and a concave shape along the longitudinal direction in the middle of the upper edge. A male connecting portion formed from a concave groove that is recessed in a side wall, a side wall whose other side edge is bent inward, a lower end edge of the side wall is bent inward, and a concave groove is formed from the tip of the upper edge. A female type connection in which an upper surface formed to be longer than the edge on the side wall side, a lower surface in which the tip of the upper surface is bent outward, and a fitting groove having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed by the upper surface and the lower surface And the back material bends both edges inward to form a stabilizing piece, and the lower edge of the surface material and the stabilizing piece of the back material form an L-shaped female solid portion. A construction panel in which the surface material and the back surface material are integrally formed by the core material so that a convex male part is formed by the lower surface of the surface material and the stabilizing piece of the back surface material, and a rectangular planar fixed surface. And an installation surface formed by bending one side edge of the fixed surface upward substantially vertically, and an engagement groove formed by bending at least one side edge of the installation surface outward in a substantially U shape. And a columnar wall foundation, the fixing surface of the fixture is fixed to the upper surface of the wall foundation attached to the body via the fixing tool, and the building panels are connected to each other on the wall. The male type connecting part is inserted and fitted into the female type connecting part so as to be orthogonal to the base, and the male part of the building panel is inserted and locked in the engaging groove of the fixture, so that the building panel is A construction structure for building panels, which is characterized by being installed on the wall base.
