Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、染色された布の表面を漂白する方法に関す
る。
（従来技術とその問題点） 染色後の布の表面から染料を除去する漂白方法とし
て、例えば、ジーパン等デニム製品の漂白では、円筒系
のドラムへ、布を研磨剤や水と共にいれて回転させ、研
磨剤の布表面への研磨摩擦作用によって布表面の染料を
除去、即ち漂白を行っていた。
かかる方法では、漂白部位や漂白の程度などについて
は、全く偶然性に頼らざるを得ず、仕上がり表面の色を
柄などが不均一となっていた。
又、布全体の状態を確認することができなかったた
め、研磨作用の偏りによって、布に穴が明くなどの破損
事故も少なくなかった。
本発明は、かかる不都合に鑑み、布の所望の部位に所
望の形で所望の程度の漂白を施すことができる漂白方法
の提供を目的とする。
（問題解決の手段） 本発明は、砂又は金属粉を染色された布に気体又は液
体を使用して噴射圧力で吹き付け、吹き付けの衝撃によ
り、布表面の染料を除去することを特徴とする。
染色後に乾燥させた布を適当な手段で平面的になるよ
うに広げ、場合に因っては布を緊張させ、この布の表面
に、気体又は液体の噴射媒体に砂又は金属粉を含ませ
て、比較的高い圧力で噴射して吹き付けるのである。
（発明の作用） 本発明によれば、広げられた布表面を目視しながら漂
白作業を行うことができる。
又、噴射の向きや噴射圧力を調整することによって、
漂白の部位、漂白領域の形、漂白の程度を任意に選択で
きる。
（実施例） 以下、本発明を実施の一例を示す装置の概念図に基づ
いて説明する。
図中の符号１は、染色後に平面的に広げられた布であ
る。
布は、いわゆる生地に限らず、縫製された製品であっ
てもよい。又、拡張は適当な手段で構わない。
符号２は、噴射ノズルである。噴射ノズルは広げられ
た布の表面に向けられ、噴射圧力の強弱や漂白の程度に
応じて、適当な間隔をおいて噴射させる。
噴射させるのは、砂か金属粉（例えば、0.5mm〜1.0mm
程度の径）である。
噴射媒体は気体、例えばエアー、或いは液体、例えば
水を用いる。
符号３は、噴射媒体に混入させる砂４を溜め置くため
のタンクである。
混入させる量はタンクの排出調整バルブ５によって行
われる。
符号６は、図示しない噴射装置本体側からの噴射圧力
を調整するための圧力調整バルブである。
（発明の効果） 以上の実施例に示すように、本発明では、目的物たる
布を作業従事者が目視しながら、噴射ノズルの向きや布
との間隔、或いは、各種バルブ５、６による調整などに
より、噴射圧力や研磨剤としての砂や金属粉の吹き付け
量を調整することができるので、布の所望の部位に所望
の形で所望の程度の漂白を施すことができる。
又、これにより布の漂白度合いを均一化することがで
きると共に、布に穴を開けるなどの破損事故も防げる。

  1. 【請求項１】砂又は金属粉を染色された布に気体又は液
    体を使用して噴射圧力で吹き付け、吹き付けの衝撃によ
    り、布表面の染料を除去することを特徴とする布の表面
    漂白方法。
