Claims (10)
- 極板切断装置に用いられる固定刃監視構造において、
スライドスリーブが設けられた刃ホルダと、
前記スライドスリーブの中に摺動して取付けられた固定刃モールドベース及び前記固定刃モールドベースに取付けられた固定刃を備える固定刃モジュールと、
前記スライドスリーブの中に取付けられるとともに、前記固定刃モールドベースに接続され、前記固定刃モールドベースが受けた相対的作用力を監視することにより前記固定刃の状態を表現することに適用される固定刃監視アセンブリとを備えることを特徴とする固定刃監視構造。 - 前記固定刃監視アセンブリは、一方端が前記スライドスリーブの側面に当接され、他方端が前記固定刃モールドベースに当接される圧力センサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 前記固定刃監視アセンブリは、前記圧力センサの対向側に設けられ、前記スライドスリーブの水平方向における前記固定刃モールドベースの位置が調節されるように、前記固定刃モールドベースと前記刃ホルダを弾性的に接続することに適用される弾性調節部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 前記弾性調節部は、接続部及び弾性素子を備え、前記接続部は前記摺動方向に平行し、一方端が前記固定刃モールドベースの端部に螺合され、他方端が前記弾性素子を介して前記刃ホルダに弾性的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 前記弾性素子は、前記接続部に外嵌され、一方端が前記刃ホルダに当接され、他方端が前記接続部の端部に接続された圧縮ばね又は圧縮皿ばねであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 前記刃ホルダには、前記スライドスリーブに連通される第1の取付け穴が設けられ、前記固定刃モールドベースの端部には第2の取付け穴が設けられ、前記接続部の一方端は、前記第1の取付け穴を貫通して前記第2の取付け穴に螺合されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 前記接続部は、ヘッド部が前記圧縮ばね又は圧縮皿ばねに当接されたボルトであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- コントローラとディスプレイとをさらに備え、前記コントローラは、それぞれ前記圧力センサと前記ディスプレイに電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2~7の何れか一項に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 前記固定刃モールドベースの端部には、前記スライドスリーブに挿設されたラグサポートが設けられることを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の固定刃監視構造。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の固定刃監視構造を有することを特徴とする切断装置。
