Abstract
Description
表1及び2に示す各材料を撹拌機で混合することで、参考例、実施例1~7及び比較例1~4の濃縮湿し水組成物を調製した。なお、表1及び2において、「界面活性剤」は、ポリオキシエチレン・ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルであり、「整面剤1」は、ヘキサメタリン酸ナトリウムであり、「整面剤2」は、硝酸ナトリウムであり、「防腐剤」は、メチルイソチアゾリノンであり、「銀系抗菌剤粉末」は、銀イオンをリン酸ジルコニウムに担持した水に不溶の粒子(東亞合成株式会社製、製品名:ノバロンAG-300)であり、「銀錯体水溶液1」は、クレアチニン及びフマル酸と銀との錯体の水溶液(銀イオン濃度2.5質量%、MGCウッドケム株式会社製、製品名:AGアルファCF-01)であり、「銀錯体水溶液2」は、クレアチニン及びフマル酸と銀との錯体であって、上記銀錯体水溶液1よりも配位子としてのクレアチニンをより多く含む錯体の水溶液(銀イオン濃度0.5質量%、MGCウッドケム株式会社製、製品名:AGアルファCF-04)であり、「化合物B」は、1-メチルイミダゾールである。これらのもののうち、「銀錯体水溶液1」及び「銀錯体水溶液2」が本発明における銀錯体に該当する。
腐敗した中性湿し水組成物(市販の一般品を腐敗させたもので、細菌数が1mLあたり約10000個である。)に、参考例、実施例1~7及び比較例1~4の濃縮湿し水組成物のいずれかを0.4体積%添加して撹拌し、25℃で24時間静置した。この湿し水組成物の1mLをサブロー寒天培地に滴下して培地全体になじませ、余分な水分をスポイトで回収した。この培地を25℃で3日間静置してから生菌数を確認した。なお、濃縮湿し水を0.4体積%添加することは、濃縮湿し水組成物を250倍に希釈することに相当し、これは濃縮湿し水組成物を希釈して湿し水組成物を調製するときと同様の希釈倍率となる。評価基準は次の通りとし、その結果を表1及び2の「微生物試験」欄に示した。なお、比較例2については成分の析出が生じたので、この評価を行っていない。
○:生菌数が1000個未満である
△:生菌数が1000個以上10000個未満である
×:生菌数が10000個以上である
東浜精機株式会社製2色タワー輪転印刷機N-750型を用いて印刷試験を行った。試験に際しては、参考例、実施例1~7及び比較例1~4の濃縮湿し水組成物のそれぞれについて軟水で250倍に希釈して湿し水組成物を調製し、これをBALDWIN社製スプレーダンプナーSD-C Ver.5を用いて水着けローラーに供給した。印刷条件は、下記の通りとした。
印刷版:新聞用サーマルネガCTP版「HN-NV」(富士フイルム株式会社製)
湿し水装置:スプレーダンプナー「SD-C Ver.5」(BALDWIN社製)
ブランケット:NP90V(株式会社金陽社製)
軟水化装置:MK-6J型(株式会社丸山製作所製)
軟水全硬度値:0mg/L
インキ:NEWS WEBMASTER エコピュアLUCE(サカタインクス株式会社製)
印刷速度:500rpm
温度/湿度:25℃/50%
印刷用紙:SL紙(いわき大王製紙社株式会社製、超軽量紙)
印刷部数:3000部
水量値:標準水量0ポイントに対し、-7ポイントまで下げた時の紙面汚れ評価と+15ポイントまで上げた時の濃度安定性を確認
○:紙面汚れがなく、かつ水量増加時にて従来の湿し水組成物よりも明らかに大きな濃度低下が観察されなかった
×:紙面汚れ、及び/又は水量増加時にて従来の湿し水組成物よりも明らかに大きな濃度低下が観察された
Claims (10)
- 水溶性銀含有錯体化合物を銀イオンとして0.002~0.030質量%含むことを特徴とする濃縮湿し水組成物。
- 前記水溶性銀含有錯体化合物が、アミノ酸、モノ又はジカルボン酸、及び窒素原子含有環状化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つを含む化合物(群)Aと銀との錯体化合物である請求項1記載の濃縮湿し水組成物。
- 前記化合物(群)Aが、窒素原子含有環状化合物を含む請求項2記載の濃縮湿し水組成物。
- 前記窒素原子含有環状化合物が、イミダゾール誘導体、イミダゾリノン誘導体又はイミダゾロン誘導体である請求項3記載の濃縮湿し水組成物。
- 前記窒素原子含有環状化合物が、クレアチニンである請求項4記載の濃縮湿し水組成物。
- さらに、窒素原子含有環状化合物である化合物Bを含む請求項1記載の濃縮湿し水組成物。
- 前記化合物Bが、イミダゾール誘導体、イミダゾリノン誘導体又はイミダゾロン誘導体である請求項6記載の濃縮湿し水組成物。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項記載の濃縮湿し水組成物の希釈物である湿し水組成物。
- 請求項8記載の湿し水組成物を用いて印刷を行うことを特徴とする印刷物の製造方法。
- 紙媒体上にインキ組成物による画像が形成され、前記紙媒体中に請求項8記載の湿し水組成物の水を除いた構成成分を含むことを特徴とする印刷物。
