Claims (17)
- 電池であって、
複数の電池セル(20)を含む電池セルグループ(201)と、
前記電池セルグループ(201)の第1の面(2111)上に設置される冷却システム(30)と、
前記電池セルグループ(201)の第2の面(2112)上に設置される信号伝送アセンブリ(24)であって、前記第2の面(2112)は前記第1の面(2111)に隣接し、前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)はバスバー部品(121)と絶縁層(122)とを含み、前記絶縁層(122)は前記バスバー部品(121)をパッケージングし、前記絶縁層(122)は開孔を有し、前記バスバー部品(121)は前記開孔の開孔位置で前記電池セルグループ(201)における電池セル(20)と電気的に接続するためのものである信号伝送アセンブリ(24)と、
前記電池セルグループ(201)に接続され且つ前記第1の面(2111)のエッジから突出し、前記冷却システム(30)に発生した凝縮液が前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)に到着することを阻止するための遮蔽部材(25)とを含む、ことを特徴とする電池。 - 前記遮蔽部材(25)の前記第1の面(2111)に平行する平面への正投影は、前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)の前記第1の面(2111)に平行する平面への正投影を覆う、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記遮蔽部材(25)の、前記第1の面(2111)のエッジから突出する突出部分は、前記第1の面(2111)に平行する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記遮蔽部材(25)の、前記第1の面(2111)のエッジから突出する突出部分は、前記第2の面(2112)に向かって屈曲する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電池。
- 前記電池は複数の前記電池セルグループ(201)を含み、
ここで、対向して設置される二つの前記電池セルグループ(201)の前記遮蔽部材(25)の前記突出部分は、接続されて凹溝(251)を形成し、前記凹溝(251)は、前記凝縮液を収集するためのものである、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池。 - 前記凹溝(251)の底部には、前記凝縮液を排出するための排液孔(252)が設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池。
- 対向して設置される二つの前記電池セルグループ(201)の前記遮蔽部材(25)の前記突出部分は、接続バーを介して接続されて前記凹溝(251)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電池。
- 対向して設置される二つの前記電池セルグループ(201)の前記遮蔽部材(25)は、一体成形されて前記凹溝(251)を形成する、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の電池。
- 前記遮蔽部材(25)の材料は絶縁材料である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池の筐体内には、前記遮蔽部材(25)に対応する貯液溝(113)が設置されており、前記遮蔽部材(25)は、前記凝縮液を前記貯液溝(113)に導入するためのものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記凹溝(251)の端部は、前記電池の筐体の壁に接続され、且つ前記凹溝(251)は、前記筐体の壁内の空洞(114)と連通して前記凝縮液を前記空洞(114)に導入する、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記遮蔽部材(25)は、前記第1の面(2111)と前記冷却システム(30)との間に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記遮蔽部材(25)は、前記第2の面(2112)に固定され、且つ前記遮蔽部材(25)の前記冷却システム(30)に近い端は、屈曲して前記第1の面(2111)のエッジから突出する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の電池。
- 前記電池セルグループ(201)は、N個の電池セル(20)列を含み、前記N個の電池セル(20)列は、第1の方向に沿って並べられ、前記N個の電池セル(20)列のうちの各電池セル(20)列の電池セル(20)は、第2の方向に沿って並べられ、前記第1の方向は、前記第2の方向に垂直であり、Nは、正整数であり、
ここで、前記第1の面(2111)は、前記第1の方向に垂直であり、前記第2の面(2112)は、前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向によって確定される平面に平行する、ことを特徴とする請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の電池。 - 電力消費機器であって、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の電池を含み、前記電池は、電気エネルギーを提供するためのものである、ことを特徴とする電力消費機器。
- 電池を製造する方法であって、
複数の電池セル(20)を含む電池セルグループ(201)を提供すること(310)と、
前記電池セルグループ(201)の第1の面(2111)上に設置される冷却システム(30)を提供すること(320)と、
前記電池セルグループ(201)の第2の面(2112)上に設置される信号伝送アセンブリ(24)を提供することであって、前記第2の面(2112)は前記第1の面(2111)に隣接し、前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)はバスバー部品(121)と絶縁層(122)とを含み、前記絶縁層(122)は前記バスバー部品(121)をパッケージングし、前記絶縁層(122)は開孔を有し、前記バスバー部品(121)は前記開孔の開孔位置で前記電池セルグループ(201)における電池セル(20)と電気的に接続するためのものであること(330)と、
前記電池セルグループ(201)に接続され且つ前記第1の面(2111)のエッジから突出し、前記冷却システム(30)に発生した凝縮液が前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)に到着することを阻止するための遮蔽部材(25)を提供すること(340)とを含む、ことを特徴とする電池を製造する方法。 - 電池を製造する機器であって、提供モジュール(410)を含み、前記提供モジュール(410)は、
複数の電池セル(20)を含む電池セルグループ(201)を提供することと、
前記電池セルグループ(201)の第1の面(2111)上に設置される冷却システム(30)を提供することと、
前記電池セルグループ(201)の第2の面(2112)上に設置される信号伝送アセンブリ(24)を提供することであって、前記第2の面(2112)は前記第1の面(2111)に隣接し、前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)はバスバー部品(121)と絶縁層(122)とを含み、前記絶縁層(122)は前記バスバー部品(121)をパッケージングし、前記絶縁層(122)は開孔を有し、前記バスバー部品(121)は前記開孔の開孔位置で前記電池セルグループ(201)における電池セル(20)と電気的に接続するためのものであることと、
前記電池セルグループ(201)に接続され且つ前記第1の面(2111)のエッジから突出し、前記冷却システム(30)に発生した凝縮液が前記信号伝送アセンブリ(24)に到着することを阻止するための遮蔽部材(25)を提供することとに用いられる、ことを特徴とする電池を製造する機器。
