Claims (10)
- 少なくとも部分的に電気で動作する自動車(12)の電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(10)用の熱伝導装置(14)であって、前記電気エネルギー貯蔵装置(10)の少なくとも1つの電池セル(18)と接触するために、かつ前記少なくとも1つの電池セル(18)の熱(Wy)を放散するために形成されている、少なくとも1つの熱伝導要素(16)と、前記少なくとも1つの電池セル(18)と前記少なくとも1つの熱伝導要素(16)との間に所定のばね力を加えるために形成されている、少なくとも1つのばね要素(20)と、を備える、熱伝導装置(14)において、
前記熱伝導要素(16)は、前記熱伝導装置(14)の保持装置(24)に回転可能に配置され、前記ばね要素(20)は、前記熱伝導要素(16)の回転運動(26)が緩和されるように、前記熱伝導要素(16)及び/又は前記保持装置(24)に配置されている、熱伝導装置(14)。 - 前記熱伝導要素(16)は、アルミニウムから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記保持装置(24)は、プラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記保持装置(24)は、プラスチック射出成形部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記熱伝導要素(16)は、前記熱伝導要素(16)の断面で見たときにS字形であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記熱伝導装置(14)は、それぞれ回転可能に取り付けられた複数の熱伝導要素(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- それぞれ回転可能に取り付けられた前記複数の熱伝導要素(16)は、層状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記ばね要素(20)は、プラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記ばね要素(20)は、板ばねとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
- 前記熱伝導要素(16)及び/又は前記保持装置(24)に、それぞれ2つのばね要素(20)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝導装置(14)。
