Description

本発明は、固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法するに関するものである。
固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品製品の表面装飾を実施するための方法が、仏国特許出願公開公報第２７５９９４１号Ａ１により知られている。この方法では、化粧品として許容できる様々な顔料または色のインク噴射を実施するインクジェットプリンタが使用される。この技術の制約は、プリンターの目詰まりを防ぐために、使用する顔料のサイズを１ミクロンより大きくしてはいけないことである。

従来技術の制約を克服する。
そのために、本発明は、調整可能なノズルからケーキの上面に液滴の形態で滴下された様々な色のインクをそれらに含浸させ、次いでその中に含浸させて、色の効果および色合いを有する特殊効果を作り出すことによって、固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品ケーキを着色することからなる革新的な技術プロセスを提供する。
その処理には、製品を装飾する機能がある。実際、製品は表面だけでなくその塊全体に着色されているため、優れた審美的および機能的効果を備えた多くの色彩効果が得られる。したがって、１つの開始色、例えば白のみのパウダー化粧料ケーキから始めて、次に任意のデザイン、色、または色合いでそれらを着色することが可能である。装飾は表面には残らないが、塊全体に実際の着色、すなわちインクがパウダーケーキに深く浸透する。また、滴下装置を詰まらせる問題なく任意のサイズの顔料を使用することが可能である。

図１および図２は、任意の支持体上に載せることが意図された下面２と、消費者による視感が意図された様々な形状の上面３とを有する円形状の例による化粧料ケーキ１の、上平面図と、図１のＩＩ－ＩＩ断面視による直径方向断面図を示している。
着色工程では、化粧料ケーキ１は支持体上に載置され、その後、１つ以上の着色インクの一定数の液滴を滴下することによって、ケーキが作られる材料が毛細管現象によって深く含浸され、異なる色や濃淡を帯びるまで、濡らされる。
インクの投与は、図３および図４において図式的に描かれた参照番号４で示される調節可能な滴下ノズルを使用することによって行われ、制御システム（それ自体は従来のものとして示されていない）により作動し、プログラム可能かつ反復可能な軌道に従って、規定数のインク液滴（カラー液滴）５を、化粧料ケーキ１の上面３の種々のゾーンに落とすことができるようにする。こうして、様々な色で含浸されたゾーン６が作られ、化粧料ケーキを審美的に特徴付ける。
各液滴を構成するインク量とその吐出速度を以下の３つのパラメータで調整することが可能である。
・ノズル開口時間
・インクタンク内部の圧力
・ノズル開口部
工程中、ノズルおよび／または着色対象の化粧料ケーキは、Ｇコード言語（ＣＮＣ工作機械で使用されるもの）で完全にプログラム可能で再現可能な経路に従って、サーボ制御されたアクチュエーターにより４軸（ｘ，ｙ，ｚ，θ）上を移動させることが可能である。これにより、例えば、異なる色を重ねることによる点描効果や陰影効果（図５～７、ここで使用されている数字７～１６及びマークは、異なる着色および／または異なる陰影をもちうるゾーンを表す）や、同一のケーキの明確に互いに分離された部分１７～２０の異なる色の含浸（図８～９）をも作り出すことが可能である。
ケーキ自体への様々な色の滴下、浸透および含浸により化粧料ケーキの上面を着色する前述の工程の後には、２０℃以上９０℃以下、好ましくは３５℃以上８０℃以下の温度で行われる熱処理により、ケーキを乾燥させる工程が続く。この熱処理は、例えば、湿度を制御した換気オーブンや、空気を循環させる換気オーブン、電子レンジなどを用いた任意の適切な加熱方法によって行うことができる。
本発明に係る着色方法を適用できる各種のパウダー化粧品としては、以下のようなものが挙げられる。
・プレス加工で得られる化粧料パウダー
・押出成形で得られる化粧料パウダー
・裏打工程（ｂａｃｋｉｎｇ ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓ）で得られる化粧料パウダー
・注型工程（ｐｏｕｒｉｎｇ ｐｒｏｃｅｓｓ）で得られる化粧料パウダー
本発明に係る方法を使用できるパウダー化粧品の組成物の例を本明細書に示す。

Claims (5)

  1. 着色化粧料ケーキを得るための化粧料ケーキ（１）の上面（３）に色を付与する工程と、前記着色化粧料ケーキを乾燥させる工程とを有する固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法であって、前記色を付与する工程では、様々な色および大きさのインク液滴（５）を、前記化粧料ケーキ（１）の前記上面（３）に滴下させて、同ケーキに含浸させることを特徴とする固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法。
  2. インク液滴（５）の滴下を、調節可能なノズル（４）により行うことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法。
  3. インク液滴（５）の滴下を、前記ノズル（４）および前記化粧料ケーキ（１）の、４軸（ｘ，ｙ，ｚ，θ）に沿う相対移動で行うことを特徴とする、請求項２に記載の固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法。
  4. 前記乾燥させる工程を、２０℃以上９０℃以下の温度での加熱処理により行うことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法。
  5. 前記乾燥させる工程を、３５℃以上８０℃以下の温度での加熱処理により行うことを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の固形コンパクトパウダー化粧品の着色方法。
