FR 2759941 A1中已知有一种用于对致密固体粉末化妆品进行表面装饰的方法,其中使用喷墨打印机进行各种化妆品可接受的颜料或颜色的喷墨。这项技术的限制在于所用颜料的尺寸,不得大于1微米,防止堵塞打印机。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的这一限制,本发明提供了一种创新的技术工艺,其包括给致密固体粉末化妆品饼着色,具体方式为将这些致密固体粉末化妆品饼浸入各种颜色的油墨中,这些油墨以液滴形式从可调节喷嘴滴到饼的上表面上,然后将其浸渍在这些不同颜色的油墨中,形成色彩效果和阴影的特殊效果。
该处理具有美化产品的作用。事实上,可以获得许多具有巨大美学和功能效果的色彩效果,因为产品不仅表面有颜色而且其整个团块上都有颜色。因此,可以从只有一种起始颜色,例如白色的粉状化妆品饼开始,然后用任何设计、颜色或色度给它们上色。装饰不停留在表面,而是在整个团块上进行真正的着色,即油墨深深地渗透到粉饼中。也可以使用任何尺寸的颜料而不会出现堵塞滴液装置的问题。
具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了沿例如圆形形状的化妆品饼1的图1的线II-II的俯视平面图和剖面图,该化妆品饼1具有下表面2和不同形状的上表面3,下表面2用于靠在任何支撑件上,而上表面3供消费者视觉欣赏。
在上色过程中,将化妆品饼1靠在一个支撑件上,然后通过滴下一定数量的一种或多种彩色油墨的液滴来将其润湿,直到制作饼的材料通过毛细作用和深度浸渍,呈现不同的颜色和色度。

每个液滴所含的油墨量及其分配速度可通过3个参数进行调节:

·喷嘴开口部分
在此过程中,喷嘴和/或要上色的化妆品饼可以通过伺服控制执行器根据路径在四个轴(x,y,z,θ)上移动,该路径在G代码语言中完全可编程(其在CNC机床上使用)并且可重现。因此,可以通过叠加不同的颜色(图5-7,其中数字7-16和使用的标记代表具有不同颜色和/或不同阴影的可能区域)来创建例如斑点或阴影效果,而且浸渍同一块饼的17-20部分的不同颜色明显彼此分开(图8-9)。
在上述通过将各种颜色滴入、渗透和浸渍到饼本身中而使化妆品饼的上表面上色的步骤之后,是干燥饼的步骤,其通过在20℃至90℃之间,优选在35℃-80℃之间的温度下进行的热处理获得。该热处理可以通过任何合适的加热方法进行,例如插入具有受控湿度、具有空气再循环的通风烘箱、微波炉等。

Claims (5)

1.一种给固体致密粉末化妆品上色的工艺,包括在化妆品饼(1)的上表面(3)上色以得到有色化妆品饼的步骤和干燥有色化妆饼的步骤,其特征在于,所述上色步骤是通过将不同颜色和大小的墨滴(5)滴在化妆品饼(1)的所述上表面(3)上,使其浸渍在同一饼上来进行的。
