Claims (10)
- 複数のバッテリーセルが積層されるバッテリーセル積層体と;
前記バッテリーセル積層体が収納されるケースと;
前記バッテリーセル積層体の間に配置され、複数の孔が形成された空気循環ダクトと;
前記空気循環ダクトの一方の側に結合された排気ファンと;
を含み、
前記空気循環ダクトの前記孔は大きさが異なることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。 - 複数のバッテリーセル積層体は、少なくとも2行と少なくとも2列に配され、
前記空気循環ダクトは、前記複数のバッテリーセル積層体の間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記空気循環ダクトの前記孔は、前記孔のうち、前記排気ファンに最も近い孔の大きさが最も小さく、前記排気ファンから離れるほど孔の大きさが大きくなるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 複数のバッテリーセルは、上面エンドプレートと、下面エンドプレートと、側面エンドプレートとに取り囲まれており、前記側面エンドプレートには、空気流入路が形成されており、
前記複数のバッテリーセルの間には、内部に空気が流れる中空が形成された空気冷却プレートが介在しており、
前記側面エンドプレートの前記空気流入路と前記空気冷却プレートの中空とは、同じ高さに位置するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記空気冷却プレートの内部の前記中空には少なくとも1つの隔壁が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記隔壁は複数備わっており、等間隔に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ケースは、上面カバーと、側面カバーと、下面カバーとを含み、
前記空気流入路が位置する箇所には側面カバーを取り外して前記空気流入路を外部に露出させることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記上面カバーには空気移動口が形成され、
前記空気移動口を介してバッテリーセル積層体に移動した空気は、前記空気流入路を通過して前記空気循環ダクトに移動することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
