Claims (14)
- 細胞シート(12)の作製に使用する磁場発生器(10)であって、
磁場によって生じる磁力を用いて細胞シート(12)の作製のための磁場を発生するように構成された磁気回路アセンブリ(24)と、
電力を用いて前記磁気回路アセンブリ(24)を帯磁させる電力を生成およびコントロールするように構成された電力コントロールシステム(44)とを有し、
前記磁気回路アセンブリ(24)が、少なくとも1つのコア部材(34,38)と少なくとも1つのテーブル部材(36,40)とを有し、少なくとも1つの前記テーブル部材(36,40)の幅が、少なくとも1つの前記コア部材(34,38)の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする磁場発生器(10)。 - 少なくとも1つの前記コア部材(34,38)は、外側領域(68)と内側領域(70)とを有し、前記外側領域(68)の透磁率が前記内側領域(70)の透磁率とは異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 前記外側領域(68)の透磁率が、前記内側領域(70)の透磁率よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記コア部材(34,38)は、少なくとも1つの前記コア部材(34,38)の外表面に位置する少なくとも1つのスリット(74)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 前記電力コントロールシステム(44)が、電力の電力レベルを調整するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- さらに、前記磁気回路アセンブリ(24)を冷却するように構成された冷却システム(82)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- さらに、前記細胞シート(12)に関連する培養上清(62)を抜取りするように構成された抜取り装置(60)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 前記磁気回路アセンブリ(24)が、低磁気保磁力を有する強磁性材料で作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- さらに、前記磁気回路アセンブリ(24)に関連した不要な残留磁気を減少させるように構成された電力監視装置(94)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 磁力が、前記細胞シート(12)によって規定される面に対して実質的に横方向であり、かつ、前記細胞シート(12)を実質的に貫通する磁力で、その貫通する磁力の方向が前記細胞シート(12)によって規定される面に対して凡そ90°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記テーブル部材(36,40)は、第1テーブル部材(36)と第2テーブル部材(40)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- 前記第1テーブル部材(36)と前記第2テーブル部材(40)とは、離れて設けられ、
前記第1テーブル部材(36)と前記第2テーブル部材(40)との間には、空隙(42)が作られることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の磁場発生器(10)。 - 前記空隙(42)は、前記細胞シート(12)を有する前記培養容器(22)の挿入を容易にする構成であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
- さらに、少なくとも1つの前記コア部材(38)と少なくとも1つの前記テーブル部材(40)とに、互いに流体連通する通路(66)を備え、前記細胞シート(12)の少なくとも一部を容易に抜取りするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁場発生器(10)。
