本出願は、2020年5月18日に出願された、出願番号が202020848411.7であり、発明の名称が「止め弁」である中国特許出願の優先権を主張し、その全ての内容は引用することにより本出願に組み込まれる。
また、止め弁の加工の難易度が低く、止め弁の加工コストを低減するのに有利である。
Claims (10)
- 弁チャンバが設けられている弁座であって、前記弁チャンバには内側テーパ面及び内側柱状面が設けられており、前記内側テーパ面の直径が比較的小さい一端と前記内側柱状面が連結されて一回りの封止交線を形成する、弁座と、封止面を有する弁芯とを含み、
前記弁芯は、前記弁チャンバと遮断又は連通するために前記弁チャンバ内に可動的に設けられており、前記弁芯により前記弁チャンバが遮断される場合、封止が形成されるように前記封止交線は前記封止面に押し付けられ、且つ前記弁芯の前記封止面と前記内側テーパ面との間には、1°~10°の夾角aが形成される、止め弁。 - 前記封止交線と前記封止面との間は線封止である、請求項1に記載の止め弁。
- 前記封止面はテーパ面又は球面である、請求項1に記載の止め弁。
- 前記夾角aは2°~5°である、請求項1に記載の止め弁。
- 前記封止交線は、前記弁チャンバを第1チャンバと第2チャンバとに分割し、前記第1チャンバは前記弁チャンバの前記内側テーパ面が設けられた側に位置し、前記第2チャンバは前記弁チャンバの前記内側柱状面が設けられた側に位置し、
前記弁座には第1通路、第2通路及び第3通路が設けられており、前記第1通路と前記第2チャンバとが連通しており、前記第2通路及び前記第3通路はいずれも前記第1チャンバと連通している、請求項1に記載の止め弁。 - 前記封止面は、前記弁芯の前記封止交線に近接する一端に設けられる、請求項1に記載の止め弁。
- 前記弁座と前記弁芯との間は螺合され、且つ前記弁芯の前記封止面から離れた一端には回転孔が設けられている、請求項6に記載の止め弁。
- 前記回転孔は、六角形の回転孔である、請求項7に記載の止め弁。
- 前記弁芯と前記弁座との間には封止リングが設けられている、請求項1に記載の止め弁。
- 前記弁芯の外周側には環状凹溝が設けられており、前記封止リングは前記凹溝内に設けられる、請求項9に記載の止め弁。
