示した反応に関して、十分な暴露時間で画一的な温度プロフィールが維持される場合、有利である。1,180℃の最低温度が言及されているが、1,225~1,250℃の温度が推奨される。反応式に示すように、炭素は、C:Pのモル比が少なくとも2.5である反応性形態において存在すべきである。化学平衡を生成物側に変位させるために、炭素はリンとの関連で超化学量論的に存在すべきである。さらに、リン化鉄の形成が、リンの炉装填材料からの完全な除去に関連して記述されている。フルオロアパタイトが還元される場合、蒸気またはガス状反応生成物として、リン-金属蒸気および一酸化炭素が生成される。大気圧を超える場合、ガス混合物はペレットから周囲の炉雰囲気中へと流出する(原理上は炉は大気圧で稼働される)。ペレットの残渣中の残りのリンは、FePおよびFe2Pの形態で鉄に完全に結合される。
Claims (13)
- 乾燥した下水汚泥からリンを得るためのプロセスにおいて、
前記下水汚泥中に含有される前記リンの質量比が決定されることと、
前記リンの質量対、炭素の質量対、二酸化ケイ素の質量の化学量論比が、少なくとも1:1:3に達するまで前記炭素の量および前記二酸化ケイ素の量が前記下水汚泥に加えられることと、
必要に応じて前記下水汚泥に加えられた前記二酸化ケイ素および必要に応じて前記下水汚泥に加えられた前記炭素が前記下水汚泥と一緒に回転窯に供給されることと、
(i)前記下水汚泥、
または
(ii)前記下水汚泥と加えられた前記二酸化ケイ素と加えられた前記炭素との混合物
は転動プロセスに供され、抽出された前記リンがガス状五酸化リンの形態で収集されることと
を有するプロセス。 - 前記リンの前記質量対、前記炭素の前記質量対、前記二酸化ケイ素の前記質量が、1:3:5の比に達するまで炭素および二酸化ケイ素が超化学量論的質量で前記下水汚泥に加えられることを有する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記下水汚泥が、下水汚泥コークス、下水汚泥ブリケット、もしくは下水汚泥ペレットの形態で、または別の造粒体として前記回転窯へと導入される、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回転窯の底部に形成され、かつ前記下水汚泥から形成された床が、還元性の強い物質において、特に炭素コークスの環境において、または還元性雰囲気の存在下で、特に酸素の非存在下で還元されることをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 一酸化炭素の存在下で実行される、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- アルミニウム系またはカルシウム系沈殿剤を用いて予め処理された前記下水汚泥が使用される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスの温度は1,200℃を上回る、特に1,250℃を上回る、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記回転窯中での暴露時間は、特に1,280℃の温度で、20分の期間を下回らない、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスは10分以内、特に5分未満以内に起こる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 回転窯を使用する請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のプロセスを実行するための装置において、ペレット化した、またはコークス形状の予備乾燥した下水汚泥を前記回転窯に移送するための移送手段、特に少なくとも1つのコンベヤベルトと、前記回転窯中の前記下水汚泥を加熱するための加熱手段と、五酸化リンを収集するための手段と、スラグを除去するための手段とを備える、装置。
- 下水汚泥粒子の形態での前記下水汚泥は、ベルト乾燥機によってミキサーを含む混合プラントに搬送され、前記混合プラントにおいて、必要に応じて炭素粒子およびケイ砂は、前記下水汚泥粒子中で混合されて、前記下水汚泥粒子中の前記リンの前記質量の化学量論質量比を得ること、または前記リンの前記質量の、前記炭素の前記質量に対する、および前記二酸化ケイ素の前記質量に対する、1:3:5の比が達せられるまで、含有される炭素および二酸化ケイ素が超化学量論的質量で前記下水汚泥粒子に加えられる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記ミキサーから得られた下水汚泥混合物は、スクリューコンベヤを介して、特にセルラーホイールスルースを介して前記回転窯へと導入される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記回転窯中で生成されるリン含有生ガス、特に五酸化リンは、前記回転窯から出口を介して導き出される、請求項10から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
