Abstract
Description
a)タイヤ構成要素を横切って延びる接合経路に沿って、タイヤ構成要素の第1の側部から第1の側部とは反対側のタイヤ構成要素の第2の側部に向かって接合方向に、前端と後端とを互いに接合するステップと、
b)接合の前に、接合経路に沿った接合準備位置において前端と後端との間に予備ジョイントを形成するステップであって、
接合準備位置は、第1の側部から離間しているステップと
を含む。
a)第1の接合部材を接合経路に沿って接合方向に移動させて、前述の接合経路に沿って前端と後端を互いに接合するステップと、
b)ステップa)における移動の前に、前記第2の接合部材を接合準備位置に移動させて、前述の接合準備位置において前端と後端との間に予備ジョイントを形成するステップと、
を実行するように構成される。

- タイヤ構成要素の前端と後端とを互いに接合するための方法であって、
a)前記タイヤ構成要素を横切って延びる接合経路に沿って、前記タイヤ構成要素の第1の側部から前記第1の側部とは反対側の前記タイヤ構成要素の第2の側部に向かって接合方向に、前記前端と前記後端とを互いに接合するステップと、
b)前記接合の前に、前記接合経路に沿った接合準備位置において前記前端と前記後端との間に予備ジョイントを形成するステップを含み、
前記接合準備位置は、前記第1の側部から離間している
方法。 - 前記接合準備位置が、前記第1の側部よりも前記第2の側部に近い
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記前端および前記後端が、ステップa)の前記接合のみによって前記第1の側部と前記接合準備位置との間で接合される
請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - ステップa)の前記接合が、前記第1の側部から前記第2の側部まで連続的に行われる

請求項9または10に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のローラ軸線に平行であり、かつ前記第1のローラ軸線から離間した揺動軸線を中心とした揺動運動の一部として、前記第1の接合部材が前記接合経路に沿って移動される
請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の接合部材および前記第2の接合部材が、前記揺動軸線を中心とした前記揺動運動で一緒に移動される
請求項12に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の接合部材が、少なくとも1つの第2の接合ローラを備え、前記方法は、ステップb)における前記予備ジョイントの前記形成後に、少なくとも1つの第2の接合ローラを前記接合経路に沿って前記接合準備位置から離れる前記接合方向に転動させるステップをさらに備える
