Claims (11)
- 所定の大きさの空間部を有する複数の収納部が形成されたモジュールケースを準備する段階と、
前記収納部に電池セルを収納させる段階と、
所定の温度に加熱して電池セルを固定させる段階と、
を含み、
前記モジュールケースは、下板、複数の側板、及び前記収納部を形成するための複数の隔壁を含み、
前記隔壁は、前記下板から所定の高さに延びた下部隔壁と、前記下部隔壁から所定の高さに延びた上部隔壁と、
を含む、連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記下部隔壁と前記上部隔壁とは、互いに異なる物質からなる、請求項1に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記モジュールケースの下板、側板、及び下部隔壁は熱可塑性樹脂からなり、上部隔壁は熱硬化性樹脂である、請求項2に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂はmPPE(modified Polyphenylene Ether)またはPC(Polycarbonate)であり、前記熱硬化性樹脂はシリコン(Silicon)、エポキシ(Epoxy)、及びポリウレタン(Polyurethane)のうちのいずれか1種以上である、請求項3に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記上部隔壁はガラスバブル(Glass bubble)をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記モジュールケースは射出成形によって形成される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記所定の大きさの空間部を有する複数の収納部が形成されたモジュールケースを準備する段階と前記収納部に電池セルを収納させる段階との間には、前記収納部に接着部材を注液する段階をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記接着部材は熱硬化性樹脂である、請求項7に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記電池セルは円筒形または角形を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の連鎖発火を防止する電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法で製造された電池モジュールを収納した、電池パック。
- 請求項10に記載の電池パックを含む、デバイス。
