前記第1タッチ電極と前記第2タッチ電極は、互いに絶縁されて交差し、タッチ検出のための相互キャパシタを形成し、
前記第1タッチ電極は第1透かし領域を備え、前記第2タッチ電極は第2透かし領域を備え、前記第1タッチ電極の透かし面積は前記第2タッチ電極の透かし面積よりも大きく、
前記タッチ電極構造は、前記第1透かし領域内に位置し、前記第1タッチ電極の少なくとも一部と同層に設置され、互いに絶縁される少なくとも1つの第1ダミー電極をさらに備える、タッチ電極構造。 - 前記第2透かし領域の面積は0である、請求項1に記載のタッチ電極構造。

- 前記第1ダミー電極の第1本体部の各辺に、隣接する2つの第1インターデジタル構造のうちの一方は1つの前記第2インターデジタル構造に向けられ、他方は隣接する2つの前記第2インターデジタル構造の隙間に向けられる、請求項13又は14に記載のタッチ電極構造。
- 前記第1タッチ電極部は前記複数の第2インターデジタル構造に接続された第2本体部をさらに備え、前記第2本体部は複数の辺を含み、各辺に対応する第2インターデジタル構造の数が3~10である、請求項13~15のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造。
- 各前記第2インターデジタル構造の平均幅は隣接する第1タッチ電極部の中心距離の1/10~1/4である、請求項13~16のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造。
- 各前記第2インターデジタル構造の平均長さは隣接する第1タッチ電極部の中心距離の1/10~1/3である、請求項13~17のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造。
- 前記第1インターデジタル構造の形状は、矩形、三角形、及び台形のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11~18のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造。
- 隣接する第1タッチ電極部は、第1接続部によって電気的に接続されて前記第1タッチ電極を形成し、隣接する第2タッチ電極部は、第2接続部によって電気的に接続されて前記第2タッチ電極を形成し、
前記第1タッチ電極部、前記第2タッチ電極部及び前記第1接続部は同層に設置され、材料が同じであり、絶縁層を介して前記第2接続部から離間され、前記第2接続部は前記絶縁層のビアを介して隣接する第1タッチ電極部を電気的に接続する、請求項8~19のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造。 - 前記第1タッチ電極部及び前記第2タッチ電極部はいずれも透明導電性材料であり、又は金属メッシュ構造を含む、請求項8~20のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造。
- タッチパネルであって、請求項1~21のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造を備える、タッチパネル。
- 電子機器であって、請求項1~21のいずれか1項に記載のタッチ電極構造、又は請求項22に記載のタッチパネルを備える、電子機器。
- 表示パネルをさらに備え、
前記表示パネルは、基板、前記基板上に位置する発光素子、及び前記発光素子の前記基板から離れる側に位置するパッケージ層を備え、
前記タッチ電極構造は前記パッケージ層の前記基板から離れる側に設置される、請求項23に記載の電子機器。 - タッチ電極構造の製造方法であって、
第1タッチ電極及び第2タッチ電極を形成するステップを含み、
前記第1タッチ電極は第1方向に沿って延在し、前記第2タッチ電極は前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って延在し、前記第1タッチ電極の前記第1方向におけるサイズは前記第2タッチ電極の前記第2方向におけるサイズよりも大きく、
前記第1タッチ電極と前記第2タッチ電極は、互いに交差して、タッチ検出のための相互キャパシタを形成し、
前記第1タッチ電極は第1透かし領域を備え、前記第2タッチ電極は第2透かし領域を備え、前記第1タッチ電極の透かし面積は前記第2タッチ電極の透かし面積よりも大きく、
前記タッチ電極構造は、前記第1透かし領域内に位置し、前記第1タッチ電極の少なくとも一部と同層に設置され、互いに絶縁される少なくとも1つの第1ダミー電極をさらに備える、タッチ電極構造の製造方法。
