Claims (13)
- ケースと、
前記ケース内に配置される、M個(M≧2)のセルアセンブリと
を備える電池であって、
M個のセルアセンブリは、積層され、かつ電気的に接続され、各セルアセンブリは、複数の電極体セットを含み、各セルアセンブリにおける複数の電極体セットは、直列に接続されている、電池。 - 前記ケースには、電流を引き出す電極端子が配置され、前記電極端子は、前記ケースの同じ側に位置する第1の電極端子及び第2の電極端子を含む、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記ケースは、本体及び2つのカバープレートを含み、2つの前記カバープレートは、本体の反対側の2つの端部に配置されて前記本体の内部空間を覆い、2つのカバープレートのうちの1つに前記電極端子が設置される、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記Mは、偶数であり、隣接する2つの前記セルアセンブリは、直列接続される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記セルアセンブリにおける複数の前記電極体セットは、第1の方向に沿って順に配列され、前記セルアセンブリは、前記第1の方向に沿って反対側に配置された端部を有し、隣接する2つの前記セルアセンブリは、同一の端部に位置する2つの電極体セットにより直列接続される、請求項4に記載の電池。
- 前記セルアセンブリにおける複数の前記電極体セットは、第1の方向に沿って順に配列され、各電極体セットは、電流を引き出す第1の電極引出部材及び第2の電極引出部材を含み、第1の電極引出部材と第2の電極引出部材は、前記第1の方向に沿って前記電極体セットの両側にそれぞれ配置される、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記セルアセンブリにおける、隣接する2つの電極体セットは、第1の接続部材により直列接続され、隣接する2つの前記セルアセンブリは、第2の接続部材により直列接続される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記第1の接続部材及び前記第2の接続部材のうちの少なくとも1つは、
金属接続部材であって、金属接続部材の両端がそれぞれ隣接する2つの前記電極体セットに接続される金属接続部材と、
前記金属接続部材の外側にはめ込まれる絶縁保護部材とを含む、請求項7に記載の電池。 - 前記電極体セットは、電流を引き出す第1の電極引出部材及び第2の電極引出部材を含み、前記第1の電極引出部材は、負極引出部材として構成され、前記第2の電極引出部材は、正極引出部材として構成され、前記金属接続部材は、銅接続部材及び銅接続部材に接続されたアルミニウム接続部材を含み、前記銅接続部材は、前記第1の電極引出部材に接続され、前記アルミニウム接続部材は、前記第2の電極引出部材に接続され、前記絶縁保護部材は、前記銅接続部材と前記アルミニウム接続部材との接続箇所を被覆する、請求項8に記載の電池。
- 前記セルアセンブリは、複数の絶縁膜をさらに含み、複数の前記絶縁膜は、それぞれ複数の前記電極体セットを1対1に対応して被覆する、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電池を含む、電池モジュール。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電池、又は請求項11に記載の電池モジュールを含む、電池パック。
- 請求項12に記載の電池パックを含む、電気自動車。
