- 単量体ストリームおよび溶媒ストリームを反応器に供給し、オリゴマー化反応させて反応生成物を製造するステップと、
前記反応器の排出ストリームを分離装置に供給して、未反応単量体を含む上部排出ストリームは反応器に供給し、下部排出ストリームは沈殿槽に供給するステップと、
前記沈殿槽で高分子を沈殿させて除去し、高分子が除去された分離装置の下部排出ストリームを高沸点分離塔に供給するステップと、
前記高沸点分離塔で下部排出ストリームから高沸点物質を除去し、オリゴマーを含む上部排出ストリームは溶媒分離塔に供給するステップと、
前記溶媒分離塔で溶媒とオリゴマーを分離するステップと、を含む、オリゴマーの製造方法。 - 前記反応器の排出ストリームは、液相の第1ストリームおよび気相の第2ストリームを含み、前記気相の第2ストリームは、凝縮器を経て第1ストリームとともに液相で分離装置に供給される、請求項1に記載のオリゴマーの製造方法。
