ここで、前記aは、ポリプロピレン単独重合体の溶融指数(g/10min)であり、前記bは、ポリプロピレン単独重合体の多分散指数(Mw/Mn、重量平均分子量/数平均分子量)である。
(1)b/a≦0.23
(2)(a1/2+b)1/2≦3.33
(3)単位重量当たりのMD方向引張強度/単位重量当たりのCD方向引張強度≦4
スパンボンド製造設備(ドイツReifenhauser社製)を用いて溶融指数が15g/10minおよび多分散指数が1.7であるポリプロピレン単独重合体を連続紡糸した後、温度158℃、圧力70dN/cmの条件でカレンダー工程を行って、不織布を製造した。
ポリプロピレン単独重合体の溶融指数、多分散指数および感触改良剤含有の有無などを変更することを除いて、実施例1と同一に実施して製造することによって、表1~表3のような不織布を製造した。
実施例および比較例で製造された不織布に対して下記の物性を評価して、下記の表1~表3に示した。
実施例および比較例によって製造された不織布に対して、引張試験機(Instron)を用いてKSK0520に基づいて試験片の幅5cm、間隔10cmの試験片を引張速度500mm/minの条件で引張して、MD方向(mechanical direction)およびCD方向(cross direction)の引張強度をそれぞれ測定した。
実施例および比較例によって製造された不織布に対して、30分間連続的な紡糸を進めて、何らの異常がない場合、○、不織布を構成する長繊維が3回以上切れる場合、紡糸性均一性の問題に起因して不織布の外観均一度が悪い場合、Хとすることによって、紡糸性を評価した。
実施例および比較例によって製造された不織布に対して、官能評価によりソフト性を評価した。ソフト性は、数字1~5で、5個の等級に分けられ、ソフト性が良いほど、数字が低く、ソフト性が悪いほど、数字が高い。
Claims (14)
- ポリプロピレン単独重合体(homopolymer)を含んで形成される繊維を通じて形成され、
下記の条件(1)および条件(2)を全て満たす、機械的強度が向上した不織布:
(1)b/a≦0.3
(2)(a1/2+b)1/2≦3.6
ここで、前記aは、ポリプロピレン単独重合体の溶融指数(g/10min)であり、前記bは、ポリプロピレン単独重合体の多分散指数(Mw/Mn、重量平均分子量/数平均分子量)である。 - 下記の条件(1)および条件(2)を全て満たす、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布:
(1)b/a≦0.23
(2)(a1/2+b)1/2≦3.33 - 前記ポリプロピレン単独重合体は、溶融指数が13~70g/10minである、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 前記ポリプロピレン単独重合体は、多分散指数が3.2以下である、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 下記の条件(3)をさらに満たす、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布:
(3)単位重量当たりのMD方向引張強度/単位重量当たりのCD方向引張強度≦4 - 単位重量当たりのMD方向引張強度が0.19kgf/5cm/gsm以上である、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 単位重量当たりのCD方向引張強度が0.05~2.0kgf/5cm/gsmである、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 前記繊維は、感触改良剤をさらに含んで形成される、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 前記ポリプロピレン単独重合体100重量部に対して前記感触改良剤を0.1~25重量部でさらに含む、請求項8に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 前記感触改良剤は、
スリップ剤および、
プロピレン-エチレン共重合体およびC4~C12のアルファ-オレフィン共重合体からなる群から選ばれた1種以上を含む繊維柔軟剤
の中から選ばれたいずれか一つ以上を含む、請求項8に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。 - 前記プロピレン-エチレン共重合体およびC4~C12のアルファ-オレフィン共重合体は、それぞれ独立して、溶融指数が550g/10min以下である、請求項10に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 前記プロピレン-エチレン共重合体は、エチレン単量体およびプロピレン単量体を1:0.8~0.95のモル比で含む、請求項10に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 前記不織布は、坪量が8~50g/m2である、請求項1に記載の機械的強度が向上した不織布。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の不織布を含んで形成された衛生材。
