Abstract
Description
- 非ゼオライト相(NZP)の含有率は、ゼオライト吸着剤材料の総重量に対して、0<NZP≦25重量%、好ましくは0<NZP≦20重量%、より好ましくは0<NZP≦15重量%、有利には0<NZP≦10重量%、さらにより有利には0<NZP≦8重量%である。
式中、%NZPはゼオライト吸着剤材料の総重量に対するNZPの重量パーセンテージ、%ZPはゼオライト吸着剤材料の総重量に対するゼオライト相の重量パーセンテージを表す。
- 又は体積平均直径(d50)又は長さ(材料が球形でない場合は最長寸法)が1mm以上(限界値を含む)の材料については、規格ASTM D4179(2011)及びASTM D6175(2013)に従って測定される、0.5daN~30daNの間、好ましくは1daN~20daNの間のペレット破砕強度のいずれか。
b/ 任意に塩基性アルカリ溶液の作用によりバインダーの少なくとも一部をゼオライト化させる工程、
c/ 任意に、工程a/又は工程b/で得られた生成物の交換可能部位のカチオンをナトリウムカチオンで置換し、続いてこのように処理した生成物を洗浄、乾燥させる工程、
d/ 得られたゼオライト吸着剤材料を活性化させる工程。
本発明によるゼオライト凝集材料の物理的特性は、当業者に知られた方法により評価され、その中の主なものは以下に記載する。
・ 40kV-30mAで使用されるCu管、
・ Sollerスリットサイズ=2.5°、照射面幅16mm、
・ 10rpmで回転する試料装置、
・ 測定範囲:4°<2θ<70°、
・ 増分:0.015°、
・ 増分当たりの計数時間:0.8秒。
Zeoclay(R)アタパルジャイトを300gと、特許出願WO2009/081022号に記載された手順に従い、数平均径(d50)=7μmのLSXゼオライト結晶1700gと、成形前のペーストの強熱減量が39%となるような水分量からなる均質な混合物を調製する。このようにして調製されたペーストを、ゼオライト凝集材料のビーズを製造するために使用する。
Zeoclay(R)アタパルジャイトを300gと、特許US10300455B2号の実施例1で調製した、数平均径(d50)=1.8μm、Si/Al比=1.24のX型ゼオライト結晶1700g、及び形成前のペーストの強熱減量が39%となるような水分量からなる均質な混合物を調製する。このようにして調製されたペーストを、ゼオライト凝集材料のビーズを製造するために使用する。得られたビーズを、直径が0.2mm~0.8mmのビーズを集めるためにふるい分けにより選択する。ナトリウム交換の程度は100%である。
Zeoclay(R)アタパルジャイトを300gと、特許US6596256号の表4の実施例26に従って調製したMSXゼオライト結晶1700g(Si/Al=1.13)、及び形成前のペーストの強熱減量が39%となるような水分量からなる均質な混合物を調製する。このようにして調製されたペーストを、ゼオライト凝集材料のビーズを製造するために使用する。
吸着剤A、B及びCのそれぞれの吸着等温線を、Hiden IsochemaブランドのIGA機器を用いて、上記の条件に従ってプロットする。窒素(N2)及び酸素(O2)の等温線を図1のグラフに報告する。
Claims (12)
- (V)PSAによる工業用ガスの非低温分離のため、特に窒素及び酸素の分離(N2/O2)のため、最も具体的には空気からの医療用酸素の調製のため、及び(V)PSAによる酸素の工業的調製のための、ゼオライト吸着剤材料の使用であって、
- Si/Alモル比が、限界値を含んで、1.00~1.20、好ましくは1.00~1.15、好ましくは1.00~1.12であるフォージャサイト(FAU)ゼオライト結晶をベースとし、
- 非ゼオライト相(NZP)の含有率が、前記ゼオライト吸着剤材料の総重量に対して、0<NZP≦25重量%、好ましくは0<NZP≦20重量%、より好ましくは0<NZP≦15重量%、有利には0<NZP≦10重量%、さらにより有利には0<NZP≦8重量%である、
使用。 - 前記ゼオライト吸着剤のナトリウム含有率が、限界値を含んで、95%を超え、好ましくは97%を超え、より好ましくは98%を超え、より好ましくは99%を超え、これらのナトリウム含有率は交換可能部位のパーセンテージとして表される、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記ゼオライト吸着剤を形成するゼオライト結晶が、FAU LSX型ゼオライト結晶(Si/Al比が1.00に等しい)及びFAU MSX型ゼオライト(Si/Al比が不等式1.00<Si/Al≦1.20に対応する)から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記ゼオライト吸着剤材料が、7mm以下、好ましくは0.05mm~5mm、より好ましくは0.2mm~3mmの体積平均直径を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ゼオライト吸着剤材料が、0.55kg.m-3~0.80kg.m-3、好ましくは0.58kg.m-3~0.75kg.m-3、より好ましくは0.60kg.m-3~0.70kg.m-3のかさ密度を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 25℃で4bar(0.4MPa)下で測定された、前記ゼオライト吸着剤材料の窒素(N2)質量吸着容量が、23Ncm3.g-1を超え、好ましくは24Ncm3.g-1を超え、より好ましくは25Ncm3.g-1を超え、最も特に好ましくは26Ncm3.g-1を超える、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 呼吸補助用酸素濃縮器における吸着要素としての、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ゼオライト材料が、好ましくは1つ又は2つ、3つ又はそれ以上の他の吸着剤層を有する吸着剤層の形態で使用される、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記他の吸着剤が、CaLSX、LiTrLSX、5A、NaX、LiX、LiAgLSX、LiLSX及びLiCaLSXから選択されるゼオライトを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- NaLSX/LiLSX二重層又はNaMSX/LiLSX、好ましくはNaLSX/LiLSX二重層、より好ましくはNaLSX/LiLSX比が重量で5/95~95/5、さらに良好には50/50~95/5であるNaLSX/LiLSX二重層を形成する、LiLSXをベースとする吸着剤を有する二重層として前記吸着剤を用いる、請求項8又は9に記載の使用。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の使用に使用される少なくとも1つのゼオライト吸着剤材料を含む、輸送可能又は移動可能な呼吸補助用酸素濃縮器。
- NaLSX/LiLSX二重層又はNaMSX/LiLSX二重層、好ましくはNaLSX/LiLSX二重層、より好ましくはNaLSX/LiLSX比が重量で5/95~95/5、さらに良好には50/50~95/5であるNaLSX/LiLSX二重層を含む、請求項11に記載の濃縮器。
