Claims (11)
- 車両制御ユニット、前記車両制御ユニットに作動電源を供給する補助バッテリー、及び前記補助バッテリーの充電情報を保存する車両メモリを備え、モータによって駆動される自動車に着脱可能に構成され、前記モータに駆動電源を供給するバッテリーパックであって、
一つ以上の二次電池を備えるバッテリーセルと、
前記補助バッテリー及び前記モータと接続された前記自動車の接続端子に接続可能に構成された電源供給端子と、
前記電源供給端子と前記バッテリーセルとの間に位置し、前記バッテリーセルから前記電源供給端子に電源を供給するように構成された電源供給経路と、
前記電源供給経路上に備えられ、前記電源供給経路を選択的にターンオン/ターンオフ可能に構成されたスイッチング部と、
前記バッテリーセルの電源を用いて前記車両メモリに保存された充電情報を読み出すメモリリーダー部と、
前記メモリリーダー部によって読み出された前記補助バッテリーの充電情報に基づいて前記スイッチング部を制御することで、前記バッテリーセルから前記補助バッテリーに電源が供給されるように構成されたプロセッサと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記車両制御ユニットと通信可能に構成され、前記バッテリーパックが前記自動車に取り付けられた後、前記車両制御ユニットから応答信号を受信できなかった場合、前記メモリリーダー部を作動させて前記車両メモリに保存された充電情報が読み出されるように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記メモリリーダー部は、前記車両メモリに駆動電流を流すことで前記車両メモリに保存された充電情報を読み出すように構成された、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記メモリリーダー部は、前記車両メモリに電磁波を供給して電磁気を誘導することで前記車両メモリに駆動電流を流し、前記駆動電流によって送信された前記充電情報を受信するように構成された、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- ユーザの携帯端末と通信可能に構成された端末通信部をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。

前記プロセッサは、前記位置認識部によって認識された位置情報に基づいて前記メモリリーダー部の動作を制御するように構成された、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記メモリリーダー部によって読み出された充電情報に基づいて、前記補助バッテリーに対する充電時間、充電量、充電電圧及び充電電流のうち少なくとも一つを制御するように構成された、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
