Claims (13)
- 長手方向の両側に備えられた少なくとも一対の固定部を備える複数のバッテリーモジュールと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールが装着されたトレイと、
前記トレイの幅方向の両側部を覆い、前記固定部に形成された結合ホールと対応する位置に形成された第1締結ホールを備える一対のサイドカバーと、
前記トレイの幅方向の中心部に位置し、前記トレイの長手方向に沿って前記トレイの上面を横切って延びた形態を有し、前記固定部に形成された結合ホールと対応する位置に形成された第2締結ホールを備えるモジュール固定バーと、
を含む、バッテリーパック。 - 前記複数のバッテリーモジュールは各々、
内部で発生したガスを外部へ排出するための排出ポートを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記トレイは、ガスを外部へ排出する排出口を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記サイドカバーは、
前記トレイの長手方向に沿って延び、前記トレイの幅方向の一側及び他側に各々位置する本体部と、
前記本体部の内壁面から内側方向へ延びた形態を有し、一部分が開口されて形成され、各々が前記排出ポートと連通する複数の入口及び前記第1締結ホールを備えるガス排出部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記ガス排出部は、前記トレイの排出口に近くなるほど断面積が広くなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記本体部は、外壁で囲まれた内部空間が形成されており、
前記内部空間には、一側内面から他側内面まで延びた補強リブが備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、内部に冷媒が流れるように構成された冷却パイプをさらに含み、
前記サイドカバーは、前記冷却パイプが内部に収容されるように前記冷却パイプを囲むパイプ収容部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記トレイは、前記冷却パイプから冷媒が漏れ出す場合、前記漏れ出した冷媒が流れ込む臨時保管部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイは、
前記バッテリーモジュールと直接接触して、流出した前記冷媒が流れ込む隙間を提供するように、幅方向の端部が前記本体部と所定の距離で離隔して位置する載置プレートと、
前記隙間から流れ込んだ冷媒を収容する前記臨時保管部を形成するように前記載置プレートの下方に離隔して位置するベースプレートと、
を含む、請求項8に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記サイドカバーは、
前記本体部の外側に備えられ、外部器機と結合可能に締結構造を備えるマウント部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、
所定の温度未満では前記排出ポートを密閉し、所定の温度以上では溶けて流失することで前記排出ポートを開放する栓を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
