Description
本出願は、2019年11月25日出願の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0152650号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に組み込まれる。
複数の円筒型電池セルと、
前記複数の円筒型電池セルを収容する収容部が備えられたモジュールケースと、
電気伝導性を有する本体部であって、板状に構成された本体部と、前記複数の円筒型電池セル同士を電気的に接続するように構成された接続部と、を備えたバスバーと、
電気絶縁性を有する充填材であって、前記複数の円筒型電池セル、前記モジュールケース、及び前記バスバーのうちの少なくとも二つの間に満たされた状態で硬化した充填材と、を含む。
前記充填材は、前記開放構造を通じて複数の円筒型電池セル同士を結び付けた構造を有し得る。
前記円筒型電池セルの電極端子と対応する位置で穿孔されて形成された接続口と、
前記円筒型電池セルの電極端子と接続するように前記接続口から延びて突出した接続端子と、を備え得る。
電気絶縁性を有するガイド壁であって、前記充填材が、前記複数の円筒型電池セル、前記モジュールケース、及び前記バスバーのうちの少なくとも二つの間に注入されることをガイドするように外側方向へ突出したガイド壁を備え得る。
(a)複数の円筒型電池セル100、モジュールケース210、及びバスバー220を組み立てて準備する過程と、
(b)組み立てられた構成を金型(図示せず)の内部に入れる過程と、
(c)溶融した充填材230を注入できる金型の複数の射出口(図示せず)を通じて金型内に配置された複数の円筒型電池セル100、モジュールケース210、及びバスバー220のうちの少なくとも二つの間に充填材を注入する過程と、
(d)充填材230を充分に硬化させた後、金型から充填材230で充填された複数の円筒型電池セル100、モジュールケース210、及びバスバー220を取り出す過程と、を含み得る。

Claims (10)
- 複数の円筒型電池セルと、
前記複数の円筒型電池セルを収容する収容部が備えられたモジュールケースと、
電気伝導性を有する本体部であって、板状に構成された本体部と、前記複数の円筒型電池セル同士を電気的に接続するように構成された接続部と、を備えたバスバーと、
電気絶縁性を有する充填材であって、前記複数の円筒型電池セル、前記モジュールケース、及び前記バスバーのうちの少なくとも二つの間に満たされた状態で硬化した充填材と、
を含み、
前記バスバーの接続部は、前記円筒型電池セルの電極端子と対応する位置で穿孔されて形成された接続口を備え、
前記充填材は、前記接続口と前記電極端子との間における少なくとも一部に満たされていることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記充填材は、前記複数の円筒型電池セル、前記モジュールケース、及び前記バスバーの各々の外側面の少なくとも一部を囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記収容部は、前記収容された複数の円筒型電池セルの側部が互いに露出するように開放された開放構造を有し、
前記充填材は、前記開放構造を通じて複数の円筒型電池セル同士を結び付けた構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バスバーの接続部は、前記円筒型電池セルの電極端子と接続するように前記接続口から延びて突出した接続端子を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーの本体部には、前記充填材が流入されるように構成された開口が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バスバーの本体部には、前記充填材が流入されるように構成された固定ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースの収容部には、前記充填材が流入されるように構成された流入口が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記モジュールケースは、
電気絶縁性を有するガイド壁であって、前記充填材が前記複数の円筒型電池セル、前記モジュールケース、及び前記バスバーのうちの少なくとも二つの間に注入されることをガイドするように外側方向へ突出したガイド壁を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも一つ以上含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項9に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ以上含む、自動車。
