Claims (12)
- 複数の二次電池セルを積層した電池積層体と、
前記電池積層体を締結する締結部材とを備える電源装置であって、
前記二次電池セルは、
外形を幅よりも厚さを薄くした角形とし、上面を開口した外装缶と、
前記外装缶の開口部分を閉塞する封口板と、
前記封口板の、該二次電池セルの外面側に設けられた、一対の電極端子と、
前記封口板の、該二次電池セルの内面側に設けられた、該二次電池セルの内圧が所定値以上となったときに変形する導電性の反転板と、を備えており、
前記締結部材は、前記電池積層体の上面において、各二次電池セルの封口板の上面で、前記反転板を設けた位置と重なるように配置されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
さらに、前記封口板の、該二次電池セルの外面側に設けられ、前記反転板が変形した際に該反転板と接触して導通することにより、前記二次電池セルの外部への出力を遮断させるための接続プレート、を備える電源装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記締結部材が、前記封口板と接するように前記電池積層体の上面に配置されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記締結部材が、前記接続プレートの上面に設けられてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記締結部材が、前記電池積層体の上面の複数箇所に設けられてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一に記載の電源装置であって、
前記二次電池セルは、前記封口板に、前記外装缶の内圧が所定値以上となった際に開弁して内部のガスを排出するためのガス排出弁を設けており、
前記締結部材が、前記電池積層体の平面視において前記ガス排出弁と重なる位置に設けられつつ、前記ガス排出弁が外部と連通する空間を設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電源装置であって、
前記ガス排出弁が、前記封口板の長手方向の中央に配置されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の電源装置であって、
前記締結部材が、前記ガス排出弁よりも幅広に形成されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項8に記載の電源装置であって、
前記締結部材が、前記ガス排出弁と対応する位置に締結開口部を形成してなる電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記接続プレートは、前記封口板の上面において、前記反転板と対応する位置に設けられてなる電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記接続プレートは、前記電極端子の一方の極と接続されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一に記載の電源装置を搭載してなる車両。
