本発明に係る導電モジュール及び電池パックの実施形態の1つを図1から図14に基づいて説明する。
本変形例は、前述した実施形態の導電モジュール30を以下の導電モジュール130に置き換えたものである。

Claims (4)
- 配列された複数の電池セルの内の少なくとも1つを接続対象とし、その接続対象となる前記電池セルが有する2つの電極端子の内の1つに対して電気的に接続される第1導電部材と、
前記電池セルの電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニットの演算処理装置を前記第1導電部材に対して電気的に接続させる第2導電部材と、
前記第1導電部材の電気接続部に対して電気的に接続される第1電気接続部、前記第2導電部材の電気接続部に対して電気的に接続される第2電気接続部、及び、前記第1電気接続部と前記第2電気接続部との間に配置された可溶体を有する回路保護部材と、
前記第1導電部材と前記回路保護部材との間で前記第1導電部材の前記電気接続部と前記第1電気接続部とを電気的に接続させる第1電気接続構造体と、
前記第2導電部材と前記回路保護部材との間で前記第2導電部材の前記電気接続部と前記第2電気接続部とを電気的に接続させる第2電気接続構造体と、
前記回路保護部材並びに前記第1及び第2の電気接続構造体を収容する収容部材と、
を備え、
前記第1導電部材と前記第2導電部材と前記収容部材は、複数の前記電池セルの配列方向に沿い、かつ、複数の前記電池セルから成る集合体の壁面に沿う平面を基準平面とし、それぞれを前記基準平面に沿って並ばせ、かつ、それぞれの短手方向を前記基準平面に直交させるように配置することを特徴とした導電モジュール。 - 前記回路保護部材は、前記第1電気接続部と前記第2電気接続部とが各々露出された状態で絶縁性の内包部材に前記可溶体を内包させた回路保護部品として設けられ、
前記収容部材は、前記回路保護部品が前記基準平面に沿って挿入されているように形成し、
前記第1電気接続構造体は、前記回路保護部品が前記収容部材に収容されることによって、前記第1導電部材の前記電気接続部と前記第1電気接続部とを電気的に接続されるように構成し、
前記第2電気接続構造体は、前記回路保護部品が前記収容部材に収容されることによって、前記第2導電部材の前記電気接続部と前記第2電気接続部とを電気的に接続させるように構成することを特徴とした請求項1に記載の導電モジュール。 - 前記第1導電部材と前記収容部材とを連結させる連結構造と、
前記接続対象となる前記電池セルを複数の前記電池セルの配列方向で挟み込む絶縁部材の内の少なくとも一方を取付対象とし、その取付対象となる前記絶縁部材に対して前記収容部材を取り付ける取付構造と、
を設けることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の導電モジュール。 - 配列された複数の電池セルと、
前記電池セルと前記電池セルの電池状態を監視する電池監視ユニットの演算処理装置との間を電気的に接続させる複数の導電モジュールと、
を備え、
前記導電モジュールは、
複数の前記電池セルの内の少なくとも1つを接続対象とし、その接続対象となる前記電池セルが有する2つの電極端子の内の一方に対して電気的に接続される第1導電部材と、
前記演算処理装置を前記第1導電部材に対して電気的に接続させる第2導電部材と、
前記第1導電部材の電気接続部に対して電気的に接続される第1電気接続部、前記第2導電部材の電気接続部に対して電気的に接続される第2電気接続部、及び、前記第1電気接続部と前記第2電気接続部との間に配置された可溶体を有する回路保護部材と、
前記第1導電部材と前記回路保護部材との間で前記第1導電部材の前記電気接続部と前記第1電気接続部とを電気的に接続させる第1電気接続構造体と、
前記第2導電部材と前記回路保護部材との間で前記第2導電部材の前記電気接続部と前記第2電気接続部とを電気的に接続させる第2電気接続構造体と、
前記回路保護部材並びに前記第1及び第2の電気接続構造体を収容する収容部材と、
を備え、
前記第1導電部材と前記第2導電部材と前記収容部材は、複数の前記電池セルの配列方向に沿い、かつ、複数の前記電池セルから成る集合体の壁面に沿う平面を基準平面とし、それぞれを前記基準平面に沿って並ばせ、かつ、それぞれの短手方向を前記基準平面に直交させるように配置することを特徴とした電池パック。
