Description
表1から分かるように、セリウム金属中の炭化物は業界要件に合致する300ppm以下に低下し、酸化物は300ppmに低下すると同時に、介在した電解質フッ化物は20ppmに低下し、鉄含有量は800ppmに低下し、窒化物及び硫化物を吸着濾過し、希土類金属を浄化した。
表2から分かるように、ネオジム金属中の炭化物は業界要件に合致する300ppm以下に低下し、酸化物は240ppmに低下すると同時に、介在した電解質フッ化物は40ppmに低下し、鉄含有量は310ppmに低下し、窒化物及び硫化物を吸着濾過し、希土類金属を浄化した。
表3から分かるように、ネオジム金属中の炭化物は業界要件に合致する300ppm以下に低下し、酸化物は70ppmに低下すると同時に、介在した電解質フッ化物は40ppmに低下し、鉄含有量は880ppmに低下し、窒化物及び硫化物を吸着濾過し、希土類金属を浄化した。
表4から分かるように、プラセオジムネオジム合金中の炭化物は業界要件に合致する300ppm以下に低下し、酸化物は320ppmに低下すると同時に、介在した電解質フッ化物は60ppmに低下し、鉄含有量は540ppmに低下し、窒化物及び硫化物を吸着濾過し、希土類金属を浄化した。

Claims (10)
- 希土類金属又は希土類合金用浄化材料であって、
質量百分率含有量で、タングステン粉末30~45%、希土類酸化物30~50%、酸化ジルコニウム5~10%、接着剤10~15%、希土類水素化物1~5%からなる製造原料を含むことを特徴とする希土類金属又は希土類合金用浄化材料。 - 前記接着剤は、酸化リチウム及び/又は炭酸リチウムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浄化材料。
- 前記希土類酸化物は、酸化ランタン、酸化セリウム、酸化プラセオジム、酸化ネオジム及び酸化イットリウムのうちの1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浄化材料。
- 前記希土類水素化物は、水素化ランタン、水素化セリウム、水素化プラセオジム、水素化ネオジム及び水素化イットリウムのうちの1種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の浄化材料。
- 製造原料を混合し、順に成型及び焙焼を行い、前記希土類金属又は希土類合金用浄化材料を得るステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の希土類金属又は希土類合金用浄化材料の製造方法。
- 前記成型の圧力は10~100MPaであり、圧力保持時間は30~60minであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 前記焙焼の温度は1600~1800℃であり、時間は1~3hであり、前記焙焼の温度まで昇温する速度は15~30℃/minであり、前記焙焼は保護雰囲気下で行われることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の製造方法。
- 希土類金属又は希土類合金の浄化方法であって、
浄化対象の希土類金属又は希土類合金を浄化材料により浄化濾過して、浄化された希土類金属又は希土類合金を得るステップを含み、
前記浄化材料は請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の希土類金属又は希土類合金用浄化材料であり、又は請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法で得られる希土類金属又は希土類合金用浄化材料であることを特徴とする希土類金属又は希土類合金の浄化方法。 - 前記浄化濾過の回数は1~5回であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の浄化方法。
- 前記浄化濾過の温度は900~1200℃であり、前記浄化濾過は保護雰囲気下で行われることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の浄化方法。
