Abstract
Description
吸着孔244に捕捉されている成形品Pを透過した透過光若しくは電磁波Lを受光するセンサ262を備える。これら検査装置C2、C3、D2による検査の精度を高めるためには、成形品Pの反射光L又は透過光L以外の光、特に回転体24、28に当たって乱反射した光が、検査装置C2、C3、D2のセンサ262に入射することを抑制することが要求される。

Claims (7)
- 所定の形状に成形される成形品を撮影した画像を基に当該成形品の良否を検査するものであって、
成形品の撮影画像における、想定される正常な成形品の輪郭よりも内側にある第1の検査領域内に異物が存在するか否かを判定する第1異物判定部と、
成形品の撮影画像における、想定される正常な成形品の輪郭よりも外側にある第2の検査領域内に異物が存在するか否かを判定する第2異物判定部と
を有する成形品の検査装置。 - 前記第2異物判定部は、前記第2の検査領域内における背景の色と相違する色を示す部分の比率が所定以上である場合に異物が存在すると判定する請求項1記載の検査装置。
- 前記成形品の画像を撮影するためのカメラと、成形品に対して前記カメラと同じ側に配した光源とを利用して構成され、前記第2の検査領域の背景が黒色又は黒色に近い色である請求項2記載の検査装置。
- 前記成形品の画像を取得するためのカメラと、成形品に対して前記カメラと反対側に配した光源とを利用して構成されている請求項2記載の検査装置。
- 前記第2の検査領域の背景が白色又は白色に近い色である請求項2又は4記載の検査装置。
- 粉体を圧縮して前記所定の形状に成形する粉体圧縮成形機に接続され、当該粉体圧縮成形機により成形された成形品を検査する請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の検査装置が設けられた成形品処理システム。
- 前記粉体圧縮成形機に連結され、当該粉体圧縮成形機により成形された成形品を順番を維持したままで搬送するとともに、前記検査装置が設けられたモジュールを具備する請求項6記載の成形品処理システム。
