Claims (8)
- 第1の方向に沿って配列された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルを収納する内部空間を有するケースとを備え、
前記ケースは、前記ケースの強度を確保するための構造部材を含み、
前記構造部材は、厚みを有する板状部分を含み、前記内部空間のガスを排出可能な排出通路が、前記板状部分の延在方向に延びるように前記板状部分の前記厚み内に形成された、電池パック。 - 前記構造部材は、押出成形により形成された押出材を含み、
前記排出通路は、前記押出成形により形成された溝または孔を含む、請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 通気性を有するシート部材をさらに備え、
前記シート部材は、前記排出通路を塞ぐように前記排出通路上に設けられる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 前記シート部材は、前記内部空間に面するように設けられる、請求項3に記載の電池パック。
- 前記構造部材の前記板状部分は、前記ケースの底部を構成する冷却プレートを含み、
前記排出通路は、前記冷却プレートに形成される、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。 - 前記冷却プレートは、長辺と短辺とを含む略矩形形状を有し、
前記排出通路は、前記長辺に沿う方向に延在する部分を含む、請求項5に記載の電池パック。 - 前記冷却プレートの内部に冷却媒体通路が形成され、
前記排出通路は、前記冷却媒体通路に沿う方向に延在する部分を含む、請求項5または請求項6に記載の電池パック。 - 前記排出通路に連通し、先端が閉塞されたトラップ部が、前記板状部分の延在方向に延びるように前記板状部分の前記厚み内に形成された、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電池パック。
