Claims (6)
- 第1の方向に配列された複数の電池セルと、
前記複数の電池セルの間に設けられたセパレータと、
前記複数の電池セルを前記第1の方向に拘束する拘束部材とを備え、
前記複数の電池セルは、前記第1の方向に直交する第2の方向に沿って並ぶように設けられた2つの電極端子と、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向に直交する第3の方向に沿って対向する上面および下面を有する筐体とを各々含み、前記2つの電極端子は前記筐体の前記上面上に設けられ、
前記セパレータから前記第2の方向に沿って前記複数の電池セルの反対側に突出する突出部が形成され、
前記拘束部材は、前記第1の方向に延びるバインドバーと、前記バインドバーに対して前記複数の電池セル側に位置し、前記第3の方向に沿って離間する第1の位置および第2の位置の間にエア流路を形成するように前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置において前記セパレータに当接する当接部材とを含み、
前記第1の位置は前記第2の位置に対して前記筐体の前記上面に近い側に位置し、
前記突出部は、前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置のうち前記第2の位置にのみ配置され、前記第2の位置において前記当接部材に干渉し、前記当接部材を圧縮変形させるように設けられている、電池モジュール。 - 前記突出部は前記セパレータと一体に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記当接部材は吸水機能を有する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記筐体は、電極体を収容するケース本体と、前記ケース本体の開口を封止する封口板とを含み、
前記第1の位置は、前記ケース本体に対する前記封口板の接合部の近傍に位置し、
前記第2の位置は、前記筐体の前記下面の近傍に位置する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記当接部材は絶縁性樹脂からなる、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記突出部は電気的絶縁性を有する、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
