Claims (5)
- 積層された複数の蓄電セル(11)および複数のホルダ(12,13)の積層方向両端部に一対のエンドプレート(14)を配置し、前記一対のエンドプレート(14)を締結フレーム(16)で積層方向に締結した蓄電モジュールであって、
前記ホルダ(12,13)、あるいは前記蓄電セル(11)および前記締結フレーム(16)間に配置された樹脂部材の幅方向一方だけに幅方向外側に突出する弾性変形可能な突起(12d,13d)を備え、前記突起(12d,13d)を前記締結フレーム(16)に圧接することで前記蓄電セルを幅方向あるいは上下方向に保持することを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 隣接する前記突起(12d,13d)の突出方向は相互に逆方向であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記突起(12d,13d)の剛性の大小により前記蓄電セル(11)の幅方向あるいは上下方向の保持力を調整したことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記突起(12d,13d)が前記締結フレーム(16)に接触する接触面積の大小により前記保持力を調整したことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記締結フレーム(16)は幅方向あるいは上下方向に対向する一対の平行部(16a)を備え、前記平行部(16a)に前記突起(12d,13d)を圧接したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
