Claims (14)
- スクリュースピンドルポンプであって、
駆動スピンドル(3)と前記駆動スピンドル(3)に噛み合った少なくとも1つの走行スピンドル(4)とがスピンドルホールに収容されているスピンドルハウジング(2)と、
前記スピンドルハウジング(2)を包み込み、軸方向の入口接続部(6)及び径方向の出口接続部(9)を備える外側ハウジング(5)であって、前記スピンドルハウジング(2)は、前記駆動スピンドル(3)及び前記走行スピンドル(4)によって前記スピンドルハウジング(2)中を搬送された流体用の軸方向の流体排出部を備える、外側ハウジング(5)と、
駆動シャフト(12)を含む駆動モータ(11)であって、前記駆動シャフト(12)は、前記外側ハウジング(5)の内部を軸方向に閉鎖するハウジング壁(15)に形成された孔(23)を通って延びると共に、前記駆動スピンドル(3)に結合されており、前記スピンドルハウジング(2)の前記流体排出部から流れ出る流体の一部が、密封されていない前記孔(23)を通って前記駆動シャフト(12)に沿って前記駆動モータ(11)に流れ込み、前記駆動モータ(11)を冷却して、前記外側ハウジング(5)に還流する、駆動モータ(11)と、を備える、スクリュースピンドルポンプ。 - 前記駆動モータ(11)は、直接、前記外側ハウジング(5)の上に設置されており、前記駆動モータ(11)のハウジングが、前記ハウジング壁(15)を形成する前壁を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記外側ハウジング(5)の上に設置され前記ハウジング壁(15)を形成する板状の中間部材(26)が設けられており、前記駆動モータ(11)は、前記中間部材(26)の上に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記駆動スピンドル(3)及び前記走行スピンドル(4)によって前記スピンドルハウジング(2)を通って搬送される流体用の前記軸方向の流体排出部は、前記スピンドルハウジング(2)と前記外側ハウジング(5)との間に形成された360度にわたって延びる流体室(10)と連通しており、前記流体室(10)は前記径方向の出口接続部(9)と連通していることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記流体室(10)は、前記スピンドルホールの少なくとも半分の長さにわたって延びていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記流体室(10)は、2つの径方向フランジ(17,18)であって、一方の前記径方向フランジ(17)が前記流体室(10)を前記スピンドルハウジング(2)の前記流体排出部に接続する多数の軸方向の貫通孔(16)を備える2つの径方向フランジ(17,18)によって、軸方向に境界が定められているか、又は、前記流体室は、一方において、前記流体室(10)を前記スピンドルハウジング(2)の前記流体排出部に接続する多数の軸方向の貫通孔(16)を備える1つの径方向フランジ(17)と、他方において蓋部材(28)と、によって軸方向に境界が定められていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記駆動モータ(11)の前記ハウジングの前記前壁は、前記スピンドルハウジング(2)の前記流体排出部から来た流体を前記流体室(10)に向けて方向転換させる1つ又は複数の方向転換用キャビティ(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記中間部材(26)は、前記スピンドルハウジング(2)の前記流体排出部から来た流体を前記流体室(10)に向けて方向転換させる1つ又は複数の方向転換用キャビティ(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 1つの前記方向転換用キャビティ(14)は、環状溝又は鍋形凹部であり、前記環状溝又は鍋形凹部は、溝又は凹部の床の領域が丸みを帯びて構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記スピンドルハウジング(2)、前記外側ハウジング(5)、及び/又は、前記中間部材(26)は、プラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 中心に配置された1つの駆動スピンドル(3)とその両側に配置された2つの走行スピンドル(4)とが備えられていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記入口接続部(6)は、前記駆動スピンドル(3)と1つ又は複数の前記走行スピンドル(4)とを含むスピンドルパッケージの中心軸線に揃えて配置されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ(1)の、自動車において作動液を搬送するための使用。
- 前記スクリュースピンドルポンプ(1)は、具体的にはエネルギー貯蔵装置の冷却に作用する冷媒を搬送するための冷媒ポンプとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の使用。
