Claims (9)
- 電動モータ(1)と、パワートレイン(2、3、4)を介して前記電動モータ(1)によって間接的または直接的に作用する作動要素(5)とを備える、自動車の用途のためのアクチュエータ、特に自動車の閉鎖装置用のアクチュエータであって、
少なくとも1つのエボロイド噛合い部が前記パワートレイン(2、3、4)に設けられたアクチュエータにおいて、
前記電動モータ(1)の駆動シャフト(1’)に、前記パワートレイン(2、3、4)の入力部においてエボロイド出力ギヤ(3)と噛み合うエボロイドピニオン(2)が備えられ、これにより、前記エボロイド噛合い部(2、3)を直接形成していることを特徴とする、アクチュエータ。 - 前記エボロイドピニオン(2)がスピゴットに形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記スピゴットまたは前記エボロイドピニオン(2)が、全体として、前記電動モータ(1)の前記駆動シャフト(1’)に嵌合されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記エボロイド噛合い部(2、3)の変形比が少なくとも5.0、好ましくは10.0以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記エボロイドピニオン(2)が3つの歯を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記電動モータ(1)の前記駆動シャフト(1’)と前記作動要素とが互いに平行に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記パワートレイン(2、3、4)が、前記パワートレイン(2、3、4)の入力部において、前記エボロイド噛合い部(2、3)に加えて、補助的な変速機(6、7;8、9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記変速機(6、7;8、9)が1つまたは複数のさらなるエボロイド噛合い部(6、7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記パワートレイン(2、3、4)および/またはオプションの変速機(6、7;8、9)が、少なくとも部分的にプラスチックギヤからなることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
