Abstract
Description
Si含有アクリレートモノマーM1、M2、M3、M4の合成の基本手順::Si含有アクリレートモノマーM1~4は、POSS(登録商標) MA0736(Hybrid Plastics、CAS1620202-27-8、下のスキーム1に示す構造)と、1-メトキシ-2-プロパノール(「PGME」、CAS107-98-2)とを、Teflon(商標)撹拌子が入っているガラス容器内で15分間混合して均一混合物を得ることによって合成した。1-ドデカンチオール(CAS112-55-0)を添加し、得られた混合物を20℃で5分間攪拌して、均一な混合物を得た。1,8-ジアザビシクロ[5.4.0]-ウンデク-7-エン(「DBU」、CAS6674-22-2)を混合物に添加し、容器を密閉し、20℃、300rpmで3分間撹拌を継続した。その後、酢酸(CAS64-19-7)を反応混合物に添加し、10分間撹拌した。次いで、反応混合物のpH値が7未満であることを確認した。続いて、反応混合物をシリカ-アルミナ粉末(シリカ-アルミナ触媒担体、グレード135、CAS1335-30-4)のプラグ、5μmのナイロンフィルター、及び1μmのPTFEシリンジフィルターを通して濾過することで最終生成物を得た。その同一性を1H-NMR分光法を使用して確認した。
Taber Reciprocating Abrader#5900を使用して、全てのハードコート物品の耐引掻き性を評価した。一片のハードコートでコーティングされた基材をガラスパネル上で平らにし、3M Magic(商標)テープを使用してガラスパネルに接着した。スチールウール片(2×2cm、#0000、PET Melinex(登録商標)462上を1kgfで50サイクル、40サイクル/分で引掻きの長さ4cmでスライドすることによって前処理済み)をハードコートの上に置き、1kgf、40サイクル/分、引掻きの長さ4cmを使用して、最大10,000サイクルまでハードコート上をスライドさせた。最後に、ハードコート表面の静的水接触角を、ハードコート上の研磨領域と非研磨領域の両方で測定した。静的水接触角は、静滴法を使用して、23℃でKruss DSA 100で測定した。コーティング上に置かれる液滴の量は2μLであり、1100マイクロリットル/分で分配した。報告された値は、摩耗した領域の中央1/3又はその他の決定された対象領域に沿って配置された複数の個々の液滴の平均であり、線形のベースラインを想定した。
Si含有化合物としてモノマーM3を含有するハードコート配合物A-1を、前述した手順に従って調製した。基本手順に従って、ハードコート物品を作製し、KY-1901(Shin Etsu)に基づく追加の指紋防止層をその上に堆積させた。得られた物品は116°の初期水接触角を示した。基本手順に従ってスチールウール摩耗試験を行い、7,000サイクル後に100°未満の水接触角の値を得た。
Claims (10)
- (a)1種以上の多官能性(メタ)アクリレートモノマー;(b)1種以上のSi含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマー;(c)1種以上のUVラジカル開始剤;(d)表面硬化を改善するための1種以上のモノマー;(e)ナノ粒子;及び(f)1種以上の有機溶媒;を含有する、光学ディスプレイ用のハードコートにおいて使用するための化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物。
- 前記1種以上のSi含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマーが、次の式1、式2、式3、式4、及び式5のうちの1つ以上を有する多面体オリゴマーシルセスキオキサンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物:
- Rが、各存在において同じであるか異なり、1つ以上の(メタ)アクリレート基と、置換若しくは無置換(C6~C30)アルキル基を含むチオール化合物と反応した1つ以上の(メタ)アクリレート基とを含む、請求項2に記載の化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物。
- 表面硬化を改善するための前記1種以上のモノマーが、エーテル、ポリエーテル、アミン、チオール、シラン、ホスフィン、ホスファイト、及びボランを含むモノマーからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物。
- 前記組成物が、モノマーの固形分の総重量を基準として0.5~5重量%の1種以上のチオール含有モノマーを含む、請求項4に記載の化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物。
- 前記組成物が0.05~2.5重量%のナノ粒子を含み、前記ナノ粒子が懸濁された酸化ケイ素ナノ粒子及び懸濁された酸化アルミニウムナノ粒子からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物。
- 前記1種以上の有機溶媒が、ケトン、エーテル、脂肪族炭化水素、芳香族炭化水素、芳香族アルコール、アルカノール、エステル、及びこれらの組み合わせ(1種以上の有機溶媒中に複数の官能基が含まれる組み合わせを含む)からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物。
- (a)1種以上の多官能性(メタ)アクリレートモノマー;(b)イソシアヌレート基を含む任意選択的な1種以上の(メタ)アクリレートモノマー;(c)6~24個の(メタ)アクリレート基を有する任意選択的な1種以上の脂肪族ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート官能性オリゴマー;(d)1種以上のSi含有(メタ)アクリレートモノマー;(e)1種以上のUVラジカル開始剤;(f)表面硬化を改善するための1種以上のモノマー;(g)ナノ粒子;及び(h)1種以上の有機溶媒;を含む化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリレート組成物からハードコート物品を製造する方法であって;フィルム又はコーティングを形成するために組成物をモールド又は基材に塗布すること、50~200℃の温度に加熱するなどして任意選択的に有機溶媒を除去すること、前記フィルム又はコーティングを化学線で硬化すること、前記フィルム又はコーティングを酸化性環境に暴露すること、前記フィルム又はコーティングに高度にフッ素化された化合物の追加の層を設けること、及び80~150℃の温度で前記フィルムを熱硬化することであって硬化温度が100℃未満の場合は相対湿度が好ましくは50%より大きいこと、を含む化学線硬化性(メタ)アクリル組成物からのハードコート物品の製造方法。
- 前記コーティングされたハードコート物品が、5μmの総ハードコート厚さに対して5~90nmの厚さの表面層を含み;前記表面層が、フッ素、炭素、ケイ素、及び酸素を含み;前記表面層が、ハードコート組成物の不揮発性の未硬化成分に対してケイ素を多く含む組成を有し;前記表面層が、フッ素化指紋防止剤をさらに含み;前記コーティングされたハードコート物品が115°以上の水接触角を示す;請求項8に記載の方法から製造されたコーティングされたハードコート物品。
- 前記コーティングされたハードコート物品が、市販の研磨装置を使用する7000サイクルの耐引掻き試験を行った後に110°より大きい水接触角を示し、且つ初期コーティングが目に見える筋又は他の目に見える光学コーティングの欠陥を有さない、請求項9に記載のコーティングされたハードコート物品。
