Claims (18)

遠位端部(20a)および近位端部(20b)を有するチューブ状本体を有する基部シース(20)を備え、前記チューブ状本体は、前記遠位端部(20a)および前記近位端部(20b)で開口している通過チャネル(22)を規定し、前記基部シース(20)は、血管開口部を通って前記血管内に挿入されるように構成されたシース(10)において、
前記基部シース(20)と協働するように構成された拡張デバイス(26)であって、前記シース(10)が前記血管内の静止位置にあるときに、前記シース(10)の外径(d;D)を前記血管開口部の領域で増大させて、前記血管開口部を密閉して閉鎖するように構成された拡張デバイス(26)を備えることを特徴とするシース(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26)は、前記血管開口部の方向(R)で前記基部シース(20)上で変位可能な拡張シース(26)として構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26’)は、らせん状に前記基部シース(20)の周りに巻かれている膨張チューブとして構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26a、26b、26c、26d)は、前記近位端部(20b)と前記遠位端部(20a)との間に前記基部シースの可撓性部分(26a)を備え、前記可撓性部分は、前記基部シースの遠位端部部分が引張手段(26b、26c、26d)によって前記近位端部の方向に引っ張られたときに前記シースの前記外径を増大させるように拡張するように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26”)は、前記近位端部(20b)と前記遠位端部(20a)との間に前記基部シースの伸縮性部分(26”)を備え、前記基部シースの前記近位端部部分が前記血管開口部の方向に伸びている状態から伸びていない状態へと解放されたときに前記シースの前記外径を増大させるように、前記伸縮性部分は、前記伸びている状態で第1の厚みを、前記伸びていない状態で前記第1の厚みよりも大きい第2の厚みを達成するように構成されていることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記シース(10)が前記血管内の静止位置にあるときに、スリーブ(28)が前記血管開口部と接触するように、前記基部シース(20)および前記拡張デバイス(26、26’、26a)を包み込む前記スリーブ(28)を備えることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項2に記載のシース(10)であって、前記シース(10)が前記血管内の静止位置にあるときに、スリーブ(28)が前記血管開口部と接触するように、前記基部シース(20)および前記拡張デバイス(26)を包み込む前記スリーブ(28)を備え、前記拡張シース(26)が前記基部シース(20)と前記スリーブ(28)の間で前記基部シース(20)上で変位可能であることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26)は、前記血管開口部の領域において前記シース(10)の前記外径(d)を、0.33mm~1.00mm増大させるように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26)は、前記血管開口部の領域において前記シース(10)の前記外径(d)を、0.33mm~1.33mm増大させるように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26)は、前記血管開口部の領域において前記シース(10)の前記外径(d)を、0.33mm~1.66mm増大させるように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記基部シース(20)の前記チューブ状本体の壁(25)は、前記遠位端部(20a)から前記近位端部(20b)の方へ前記壁(25)の中に延在する貫通チャネル(27)を有することを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項11に記載のシース(10)であって、前記貫通チャネル(27)は、前記血管から前記シース(10)の前記近位端部(20b)まで血液を導くように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項12に記載のシース(10)であって、前記チャネル(27)に接続された血圧測定デバイス(30)を備えることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項12または13に記載のシース(10)であって、前記チャネル(27)を通って挿入される温度測定要素を備えることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項9~14のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記シース(10)の前記近位端部(20b)から前記チャネル(27)を通って前記血管内に導入可能なガイドワイヤ(50)を備えることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記シース(10)を患者に固定する固定要素(60)を備え、前記固定要素(60)は、滅菌カバーを適用するために前記基部シース(20)にまたがっている領域(62)を有し、前記領域(62)は、前記基部シース(20)の両側において前記基部シースの主方向に対して横方向に、傾斜面形状で下へ傾斜していることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項16に記載のシース(10)であって、前記固定要素(60)は、滅菌カバーを適用するための止め具(64)を備え、前記止め具は、前記基部シースの主方向に対して横方向に、前記領域(62)の近位端部に延在していることを特徴とするシース(10)。
