前記基部シース(20)の前記チューブ状本体の壁(25)は、前記遠位端部(20a)から前記近位端部(20b)の方へ前記壁(25)の中に延在する貫通チャネル(27)を有し、前記貫通チャネル(27)は、前記遠位端部(20a)において開口し、前記血管から前記基部シース(20)の前記近位端部(20b)まで血液を導くように構成され、

- 請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26)は、前記血管開口部の領域において前記シース(10)の前記外径(d)を、0.33mm~1.33mm増大させるように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項7~10のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記拡張デバイス(26)は、前記血管開口部の領域において前記シース(10)の前記外径(d)を、0.33mm~1.66mm増大させるように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記シース(10)は、操作中に血管穿刺部位の領域に配置されることが意図された外部から読み取り可能なマーク領域(29a、29b)を前記シースの領域に備えることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~14のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、前記シース(10)を患者に固定する固定要素(60)を備え、前記固定要素(60)は、滅菌カバーを適用するために前記基部シース(20)にまたがっている領域(62)を有し、前記領域(62)は、前記基部シース(20)の両側において前記基部シースの主方向に対して横方向に、傾斜面形状で下へ傾斜していることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項15に記載のシース(10)であって、前記固定要素(60)は、滅菌カバーを適用するための止め具(64)を備え、前記止め具は、前記基部シースの主方向に対して横方向に、前記領域(62)の近位端部に延在していることを特徴とするシース(10)。
- 請求項1~16のいずれか1項に記載のシース(10)であって、供給カテーテル(40)を有する心臓ポンプ(70)を備え、前記シース(10)は前記供給カテーテル(40)上で変位可能に配置されるように構成されることを特徴とするシース(10)。
