前記第1パッド電極は前記保護層における前記開口よりも広い幅を有する、ディスプレイ装置。 - 前記第1パッド電極の一部は、前記保護層における前記開口で前記保護層の側面に接触する、請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。

- 前記第2パッド電極、および前記第3パッド電極のそれぞれは、アルミニウム(Al)、アルミニウム-ネオジム(AlNd)、モリブデン(Mo)、チタン(Ti)、モリブデン-チタン(MoTi)、銅(Cu)、クロム(Cr)、インジウム-スズ酸化物(ITO)、インジウム-酸化亜鉛(IZO)、ガリウムドープ酸化亜鉛(GZO)のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2パッド電極、および前記第3パッド電極の内の1つまたは両方は、2つのチタン(Ti)層の間にアルミニウム(Al)層を含む多層構造を有する、請求項11に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ディスプレイ装置の前記アクティブ領域内の前記保護層および前記接着層の間に設けられた第2タッチ電極と、
前記アクティブ領域内の前記第2タッチ電極および前記第1タッチ電極の間に介在する絶縁層と
