Claims (3)
- 粉末X線回折においてAl4SiC4が検出され、
かつ電子顕微鏡附属の元素分析器により酸素を含有することが検出される酸素含有Al4SiC4粉末。 - 酸素含有量が3~10原子パーセント(at%)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の酸素含有Al4SiC4粉末。
- アルミニウム粉末、ケイ素粉末、炭素粉末を混合し、混合物を純度99.99%以上99.999%以下のアルゴンガス雰囲気下で焼成する酸素含有Al4SiC4粉末の製造方法。
