Claims (12)
- リチウム二次電池において電気的連結または機械的締結のための溶接部での溶接状態を検査する装置であって、
前記溶接部上に抵抗測定プローブが接触して前記溶接部の抵抗値を導出するためのデータを得る測定部と、
前記測定部と通信し、前記測定部から得たデータが送出されて前記溶接部での抵抗値を決定し、決定された抵抗値を臨界抵抗値と比較して弱溶接の可否を判別する制御部とを含み、
前記測定部は、前記抵抗測定プローブが前記溶接部の一端および他端に接触するのを可能とするように構成された、溶接状態検査装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記決定された抵抗値が前記臨界抵抗値を超える場合に弱溶接として判断する、請求項1に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
- 前記測定部は、
被検体が安置される平板状のクレードルと、
前記クレードルから所定の離隔距離を有する上部に位置し、前記抵抗測定プローブの挿入が可能な複数の貫通ホールを備えた上部プレートと、
前記クレードルから所定の離隔距離を有する下部に位置し、前記抵抗測定プローブの挿入が可能な複数の貫通ホールを備えた下部プレートと、
前記クレードル、前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートを結合する結合部と、
前記溶接部上に接触して抵抗値を決定するためのデータを得る一対の抵抗測定プローブとを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の溶接状態検査装置。 - 1つの前記抵抗測定プローブが電流プローブおよび電圧プローブを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
- 前記上部プレートおよび前記下部プレート上には、前記抵抗測定プローブを正位置に挿入されるように上部ガイド部材及び下部ガイド部材がそれぞれ結合されている、請求項3に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
- 前記上部ガイド部材および前記下部ガイド部材は、それぞれ前記抵抗測定プローブの挿入が可能な貫通ホールを備えており、
前記上部ガイド部材の前記貫通ホールと前記上部プレートの前記貫通ホールは一直線上に位置して、前記抵抗測定プローブが前記上部ガイド部材の前記貫通ホール及び前記上部プレートの前記貫通ホールを同時に貫通して前記溶接部の上面に接近するのを可能とするように構成され、
前記下部ガイド部材の前記貫通ホールと前記下部プレートの前記貫通ホールは一直線上に位置し、前記抵抗測定プローブが前記下部ガイド部材の前記貫通ホール及び前記下部プレートの前記貫通ホールを貫通して前記溶接部の下面に接近するのを可能とするように構成された、請求項5に記載の溶接状態検査装置。 - 前記結合部は、結合棒および結合ねじを含む、請求項3、5、又は6に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
- 前記クレードル、前記上部プレート及び前記下部プレートはそれぞれ、4つの角部に結合ホールが形成されており、
前記結合棒が、前記上部プレート、前記クレードル及び前記下部プレートにそれぞれ形成された前記結合ホールを順次に貫通して挿入されることにより、前記上部プレート、前記クレードル及び前記下部プレートが結合するのを可能とするように構成された、請求項7に記載の溶接状態検査装置。 - 前記クレードルと前記上部プレートとの間の離隔距離および前記クレードルと前記下部プレートとの間の離隔距離を調節するための圧縮ばねをさらに含み、
前記結合棒が前記圧縮ばねの中空部の内部に挿入するのを可能とするように構成された、請求項7又は8に記載の溶接状態検査装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記測定部が標本集団に対して得たデータを統計的方式で処理して前記臨界抵抗値を設定する臨界抵抗値設定プログラムを含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
- 前記標本集団に対して得たデータから決定された抵抗値が正規分布曲線をなす、請求項10に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
- 前記測定部に電源を印加する電源をさらに含み、
前記電源は直流電源であり、
前記制御部によって制御される、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の溶接状態検査装置。
