Claims (2)
- サービスバルブ(100)と、前記サービスバルブ(100)に一側端部が締結されるフィッティングハウジング(120)と、を含むフィッティング装置(200)を含むサービスバルブにおいて、
前記フィッティングハウジング(120)は、
内径にパイプ(165)が挿入結合されるリングロックワッシャースプリング(25)と、
前記挿入されたパイプ(165)の末端部と接しながら前記パイプ(165)の追加進入を阻止し、穿孔が形成された少なくとも一つのガス流入口を含むサポートリング(20)と、
前記サポートリング(20)と前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)との間に介在し、一側端部が前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)の内径にテーパー状に突出形成されたティースと面接するようにテーパー状を有するゴムパッキン(10)と、を含み、
前記ゴムパッキン(10)は、前記ガス流入口を経て流入した流体によって加圧されることによって、前記ゴムパッキン(10)と前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)との間の気密度を向上させたり、前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)と前記パイプ(165)との間の締結力を向上させることを特徴とするフィッティング装置を含むサービスバルブ。 - 内径にパイプが挿入結合されるリングロックワッシャースプリング(25)と、前記挿入されたパイプ(165)の末端部と接しながら前記パイプ(165)の追加進入を阻止し、穿孔が形成された少なくとも一つのガス流入口を含むサポートリング(20)と、前記サポートリング(20)と前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)との間に介在し、一側端部が前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)の内径にテーパー状に突出形成されたティースと面接するようにテーパー状を有するゴムパッキン(10)と、を有するフィッティングハウジング(120)と、を含み、
前記ゴムパッキン(10)は、前記ガス流入口を経て流入した流体によって加圧されることによって、前記ゴムパッキン(10)と前記リングロックワッシャースプリングとの間の気密度を向上させたり、前記リングロックワッシャースプリング(25)と前記パイプ(165)との間の締結力を向上させることを特徴とするフィッティング装置。
