Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年10月2日付の韓国特許出願第10-2019-0122167号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
ジシクロペンタジエン(dicyclopentadiene)およびC9系単量体を含む単量体組成物に対して熱重合および水添反応(hydrogenation)を行って得られる水添石油樹脂;および
メタロセンポリオレフィン(metallocene polyolefin)を含み、
前記水添石油樹脂は、下記式1によって測定した水添率が90~100%である、粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を提供する。
水添率(%)=水添反応後の水添石油樹脂の芳香族二重結合で飽和した脂肪族単結合のモル数/水添反応前の石油樹脂の全体芳香族二重結合のモル数*100
ジシクロペンタジエン(dicyclopentadiene)およびC9系単量体を含む単量体組成物を熱重合して重合石油樹脂を製造する段階;
前記重合石油樹脂に対して水添反応(hydrogenation)を行って下記式1によって測定した水添率が90~100%である水添石油樹脂を製造する段階;および
前記水添石油樹脂とメタロセンポリオレフィン(metallocene polyolefin)とを混合する段階を含む、
粘接着剤用樹脂組成物の製造方法を提供する。

水添石油樹脂の製造実施例
製造例1
ジシクロペンタジエン1350g、スチレン150gを、キシレン溶媒1500gに混合した単量体組成物を用意した。
製造例1において、水添反応を1回さらに行って計2回の水添反応を行ったことを除けば、製造例1と同様の方法で水添石油樹脂を製造した。
製造例1において、水添反応を2回さらに行って計3回の水添反応を行ったことを除けば、製造例1と同様の方法で水添石油樹脂を製造した。
ジシクロペンタジエン1050g、スチレン450gを、キシレン溶媒1500gに混合した単量体組成物を用意した。
製造例4において、水添反応を1回さらに行って計3回の水添反応を行ったことを除けば、製造例4と同様の方法で水添石油樹脂を製造した。
ジシクロペンタジエン1080g、スチレン720gを、キシレン溶媒1200gに混合した単量体組成物を用意した。
製造例6において、水添反応を1回さらに行って計4回の水添反応を行ったことを除けば、製造例6と同様の方法で水添石油樹脂を製造した。
ジシクロペンタジエン900g、スチレン900gを、キシレン溶媒1200gに混合した単量体組成物を用意した。
製造例8において、水添反応を1回さらに行って計4回の水添反応を行ったことを除けば、製造例8と同様の方法で水添石油樹脂を製造した。
ジシクロペンタジエン1500gを、キシレン溶媒1500gに混合した単量体組成物を用意した。
実施例1-1
製造例1の水添石油樹脂25gに対して、PE系メタロセンポリオレフィンのAFFINITY GA 1950(Dow chemical)25gを混合して、粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を製造した。
製造例1の水添石油樹脂の代わりに、製造例1~9および比較製造例1の水添石油樹脂を用いたことを除けば、実施例1-1と同様の方法で粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を製造した。
製造例1の水添石油樹脂25gに対して、PP系メタロセンポリオレフィンのVISTAMAXX 8380(Exxon mobile)25gを混合して、粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を製造した。
製造例1の水添石油樹脂の代わりに、製造例1~9および比較製造例1の水添石油樹脂を用いたことを除けば、実施例1-2と同様の方法で粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を製造した。
樹脂の物性評価
前記実施例および比較例で製造した石油樹脂または粘接着剤用樹脂組成物に対して、次の方法で物性を測定した。
水添反応前の石油樹脂の全体芳香族二重結合のモル数と水添反応後の水添石油樹脂の芳香族二重結合で飽和した脂肪族単結合のモル数を、1H-NMRを用いてそれぞれの結合の占める比率(area、%)で測定し、下記式1によって水添率を計算した。
水添率(%)=水添反応後の水添石油樹脂の芳香族二重結合で飽和した脂肪族単結合のモル数/水添反応前の石油樹脂の全体芳香族二重結合のモル数*100
粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を、Hot press((株)QEMSYSのQM900A)を用いて、170℃、10MPa、5分の条件下で2mmの厚さの試験片に製造した。BYC社のHaze-gard plus装置を用いて前記試験片の透過度を測定した。
粘接着剤用樹脂組成物を、(株)QEMSYS社のQM900A Hot pressを用いて、コロナ表面処理された100μmのPET filmを接着させた。前記試料を2.5cm×10.0cmに裁断して、LLOYD社のFT-1万能材料試験機を用いて100mm/minの速度で剥離強度を測定した。
Claims (15)
- ジシクロペンタジエン(dicyclopentadiene)およびC9系単量体を含む単量体組成物に対して熱重合および水添反応(hydrogenation)を行って得られる水添石油樹脂;および
メタロセンポリオレフィン(metallocene polyolefin)を含み、
前記水添石油樹脂は、下記式1によって測定した水添率が90~100%である、粘接着剤用樹脂組成物:

請求項1に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物。 - 前記単量体組成物は、ジシクロペンタジエンおよびC9系単量体を95:5~10:90の重量比で含む、
請求項1に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物。 - 前記水添石油樹脂とメタロセンポリオレフィンを90:10~10:90の重量比で含む、
請求項1に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物。 - 前記メタロセンポリオレフィンは、ポリエチレン(PE)系ポリオレフィンまたはポリプロピレン(PP)系ポリオレフィンである、
請求項1に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物。 - 前記水添石油樹脂において前記C9系単量体をジシクロペンタジエンおよびC9系単量体の総重量に対して40wt%以下で含み、
前記メタロセンポリオレフィンは、メタロセンポリエチレン(PE)系ポリオレフィンである、
請求項5に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物。 - 前記水添石油樹脂において前記C9系単量体をジシクロペンタジエンおよびC9系単量体の総重量に対して30wt%以上で含み、
前記メタロセンポリオレフィンは、ポリプロピレン(PP)系ポリオレフィンである、
請求項5に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物。 - ジシクロペンタジエン(dicyclopentadiene)およびC9系単量体を含む単量体組成物を熱重合して重合石油樹脂を製造する段階;
前記重合石油樹脂に対して水添反応(hydrogenation)を行って下記式1によって測定した水添率が90~100%である水添石油樹脂を製造する段階;および
前記水添石油樹脂とメタロセンポリオレフィン(metallocene polyolefin)とを混合する段階を含む、

請求項10に記載の粘接着剤用樹脂組成物の製造方法。 - 前記単量体組成物は、ジシクロペンタジエンおよびC9系単量体を95:5~10:90の重量比で含む、
