Description
Claims (4)
- エンジンの要求される負荷に基づいて内燃機関に吸入される空気量を制御し、それにより前記内燃機関におけるスロットル装置に取って代わる圧縮機型装置であって、
前記圧縮機型装置は、1つ以上の圧縮機シリンダ(2)であって、前記圧縮機シリンダのそれぞれはシリンダ容積(17)、トップカバー(18)及び上死点(TDC)、底孔(19)及び下死点(BDC)を有し、
前記圧縮機シリンダはいずれもピン(20)により連結棒(4)を介してクランクシャフト(5)に機械的に連結された軸方向に往復するピストン(3)を備えており、それぞれの前記圧縮機シリンダが前記内燃機関に直接又はギヤボックス(15)を介してエンジンクランクシャフト(16)に接続されるよう構成され、
そこでそれぞれの前記圧縮機シリンダは、前記ピストンが前記圧縮機シリンダの前記クランクシャフトの回転角度位置の前記上死点(TDC)から前記下死点(BDC)に向かって軸方向に移動する間に吸気プロセスを実行し、
前記内燃機関がそれに比例して最大出力を生成するのに必要な量の吸入空気を引き込み、
そこで前記吸気プロセスの後にパージプロセスが続き、そのパージプロセスの間に、前記ピストンが前記下死点(BDC)から前記上死点(TDC)に向かって上方に移動し、前記ピストンが前記上死点(TDC)に向かって軸方向に移動するときに吸入された空気の余剰分を前記圧縮機シリンダーからパージ又は排出し、
そして前記パージプロセスの後に前記ピストンが前記上死点(TDC)に近づくにつれて排気プロセスが続き、前記排気プロセスの間に、前記圧縮機シリンダー内の前記吸入された空気のその時点でのエンジンの要求される負荷に基づいた残りが前記内燃機関に送られる
圧縮機型装置。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機型装置であって、さらに1つ以上の吸気バルブ、1つ以上のパージバルブ、及び1つ以上の排気バルブを備え、前記吸気バルブ(8)が前記吸気プロセスを制御し、前記パージバルブ(10)が前記パージプロセスを制御し、そして前記排気バルブ(9)が前記排気プロセスを制御するように構成されている圧縮機型装置。
- 請求項1に記載の圧縮機型装置であって、さらに1つ以上の前記吸気バルブ(8)と1つ以上の前記排気バルブ(9)とを備え、前記吸気バルブ(8)が前記吸気プロセスを制御し、前記排気バルブ(9)が前記排気プロセスを制御するように構成されている圧縮機型装置。
- 請求項1に記載の圧縮機型装置であって、前記内燃機関のスロットル機能に取って代わる目的で、前記吸気プロセスにおいて、前記圧縮機シリンダ(2)内の空気量を制御する圧縮機型装置。
