Claims (10)
- バッテリーセルの電極リードとバスバーアセンブリのセンシングバスバーとを溶接するための溶接用ジグであって、
前記溶接時に前記電極リード及び前記センシングバスバーの上側に配置されるジグ本体と、
前記ジグ本体に備えられ、前記電極リードと前記センシングバスバーとの溶接時に少なくとも三方向から段差補正するためのポジショニングガイドユニットと、を含む、溶接用ジグ。 - 前記ポジショニングガイドユニットは、
前記ジグ本体に備えられ、前記ジグ本体の上下方向に沿って弾性的に移動可能な第1ポジショニングガイダと、
前記ジグ本体に備えられ、前記ジグ本体の左右方向に沿って弾性的に移動可能な第2ポジショニングガイダと、を含む、請求項1に記載の溶接用ジグ。 - 前記ポジショニングガイドユニットは、
前記ジグ本体に備えられ、前記ジグ本体の左右方向で上下に所定角度で傾動可能な第3ポジショニングガイダを含む、請求項2に記載の溶接用ジグ。 - 前記第1ポジショニングガイダは、
前記ジグ本体の上下方向に沿って移動可能であり、前記センシングバスバーの上端に接触する垂直ポジショニングガイダと、
前記垂直ポジショニングガイダと弾性的に連結され、前記垂直ポジショニングガイダの移動をガイドする垂直弾性部と、を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の溶接用ジグ。 - 前記垂直ポジショニングガイダには、前記センシングバスバーの固定のための少なくとも一つのポジショニング突起が備えられる、請求項4に記載の溶接用ジグ。
- 前記少なくとも一つのポジショニング突起は、前記センシングバスバーに設けられた少なくとも一つのポジショニング溝の中に挿入できるように構成されている、請求項5に記載の溶接用ジグ。
- 前記第2ポジショニングガイダは、
前記ジグ本体の左右方向に沿って移動可能であり、前記電極リードを前記センシングバスバー側に加圧するためのサイドポジショニングガイダと、
前記サイドポジショニングガイダと弾性的に連結され、前記サイドポジショニングガイダの移動をガイドするサイド弾性部と、を含む、請求項2又は3に記載の溶接用ジグ。 - 前記第2ポジショニングガイダは、
前記サイド弾性部と連結され、前記サイドポジショニングガイダの移動のための使用者操作をガイドする操作レバーを含む、請求項7に記載の溶接用ジグ。 - 前記第3ポジショニングガイダは、
前記ジグ本体に備えられ、前記所定角度で傾動可能なティルティングボディと、
前記ティルティングボディと連結され、前記ティルティングボディの傾動動作をガイドするティルティングガイダと、を含む、請求項3に記載の溶接用ジグ。 - 前記ティルティングガイダには、前記傾動動作のための使用者操作をガイドするティルティングレバーが備えられる、請求項9に記載の溶接用ジグ。
