Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年1月11日出願の韓国特許出願第10−2017−0004403号に基づく優先権を主張し、該当出願の明細書及び図面に開示された内容は、すべて本出願に援用される。
また、本発明は、セルリードの高さのバラツキに対応してレーザーの焦点距離を補正できる構造を有するレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリを提供することを他の目的とする。
前記弾性部材は、コイルバネで構成されて両端がそれぞれ前記ジグ本体と前記接触部材とに締結され、前記傾動部を中心に対称を成すように配置され得る。
前記傾動部は、レーザーか通過可能な間隙を介在して相互平行に配置されたヒンジ片からなり、前記傾動部の間隙は前記第1透過部と連通され得る。
前記接触部材は、間隙を介在して相互平行に配置された一対のプレートからなり、前記第2透過部は前記接触部材の間隙によって提供され、前記傾動部の間隙と前記第2透過部とが連通されることが望ましい。
前記一対のプレートは、下部が相対的に薄くて上部が相対的に厚くなるように段差付けられて設けられ得る。

Claims (9)
- 溶接レーザーが通過可能な第1透過部を備えるジグ本体;
前記ジグ本体に連結されて溶接母材と接触し、前記第1透過部を通過したレーザーが溶接母材方向に通過可能な第2透過部を備える接触部材;
前記ジグ本体と前記接触部材とを連結するヒンジ構造の傾動部;及び
前記ジグ本体と前記接触部材との間に介在して前記接触部材と溶接母材との間の密着のための弾性力を提供する弾性部材を含むレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。 - 前記弾性部材は、コイルバネで構成されて両端がそれぞれ前記ジグ本体と前記接触部材とに締結され、前記傾動部を中心に対称を成すように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。
- 前記ジグ本体の下面と前記接触部材の上面とからそれぞれ突出して、前記コイルバネの両端に挿入されて前記コイルバネを支持するバネガイドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。
- 前記溶接母材は、セルリードであり、
前記ジグ本体に形成された前記第1透過部はセルリードに対応する長孔構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。 - 前記傾動部は、レーザーか通過可能な間隙を介在して相互平行に配置されたヒンジ片からなり、
前記傾動部の間隙は、前記第1透過部と連通されてレーザーが通過可能であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。 - 前記接触部材は、間隙を介在して相互平行に配置された一対のプレートからなり、
前記第2透過部は、前記接触部材の間隙によって提供され、
前記傾動部の間隙と前記第2透過部とが連通されてレーザーが通過可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。 - 前記ジグ本体の上面に接触して配置され、溶接母材の高さのバラツキを感知する変位センサをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。
- 前記一対のプレートは、それぞれ独立して傾動されるように設けられたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。
- 前記一対のプレートは、下部が相対的に薄くて上部が相対的に厚くなるように段差付けられて設けられたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のレーザー溶接用ジグアセンブリ。
