Description
前記ワークの軸心方向が第1方向となるように当該ワークを保持するとともに、前記ワークを周方向に回転駆動するワーク治具と、
前記ワーク治具に保持された前記ワークに沿って前記第1方向へ移動する台車と、
前記第1方向と直交する第2方向と前記第1方向及び第2方向に直交する第3方向とへ前記台車に対して相対的に変位可能に前記台車に支持された溶接ベースと、
前記第1方向と平行な回転軸を有する少なくとも一対のローラであって、当該一対のローラの回転軸同士が前記第2方向へ離間し且つ各ローラが前記ワークの外周面に圧接されて前記溶接ベースと前記ワークとの距離を一定に保つように、前記溶接ベースに支承された少なくとも一対のローラと、
前記溶接ベースに支持された溶接トーチであって、当該溶接トーチの先端の前記第2方向の位置が前記一対のローラの回転軸同士の間に位置する溶接トーチとを、備えているものである。

Claims (7)
- 円筒管状のワークの外周面に肉盛溶接を行う肉盛溶接システムであって、
前記ワークの軸心方向が第1方向となるように当該ワークを保持するとともに、前記ワークを周方向に回転駆動するワーク治具と、
前記ワーク治具に保持された前記ワークに沿って前記第1方向へ移動する台車と、
前記第1方向と直交する第2方向と前記第1方向及び第2方向に直交する第3方向とへ前記台車に対して相対的に変位可能に前記台車に支持された溶接ベースと、
前記第1方向と平行な回転軸を有する少なくとも一対のローラであって、当該一対のローラの回転軸同士が前記第2方向へ離間し且つ各ローラが前記ワークの外周面に圧接されて前記溶接ベースと前記ワークとの距離を一定に保つように、前記溶接ベースに支承された少なくとも一対のローラと、
前記溶接ベースに支持された溶接トーチであって、当該溶接トーチの先端の前記第2方向の位置が前記一対のローラの回転軸同士の間に位置する溶接トーチとを、
備えている、肉盛溶接システム。 - 前記溶接ベースが前記ワークの鉛直上方に配置されており、
前記一対のローラが重力により前記ワークの外周面に圧接されている、請求項1に記載の肉盛溶接システム。 - 前記台車と前記溶接ベースとの間に、前記台車に対して前記溶接ベースを水平方向に変位可能とする水平方向移動機構と、前記台車に対して前記溶接ベースを鉛直方向に変位可能とする鉛直方向移動機構とを備えており、前記鉛直方向移動機構が弾性部材を有している、請求項2に記載の肉盛溶接システム。
- 前記溶接トーチの先端及びその周囲を覆うシールドボックスと、
前記シールドボックスへシールドガスを供給するシールドガス源とを更に備えている、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の肉盛溶接システム。 - 前記溶接トーチは非消耗電極を有し、
前記溶接トーチを保持するトーチ治具と、
前記トーチ治具を支持し、当該トーチ治具を前記溶接ベースに対して前記第3方向へ移動させることにより、前記非消耗電極から母材までのアーク長を一定に保持するように構成されたAVCユニットとを、更に備えている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の肉盛溶接システム。 - 前記一対のローラは、当該一対のローラの回転軸間の前記第2方向の距離を変更できるように前記溶接ベースに取り付けられている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の肉盛溶接システム。
- 前記一対のローラが、前記溶接トーチの前記第1方向の両側に配置された第1ローラ対及び第2ローラ対とを備えており、
前記第1ローラ対は肉盛溶接前の前記ワークの外周面に圧接されており、前記第2ローラ対は肉盛溶接後の前記ワークの外周面に圧接されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の肉盛溶接システム。
