Claims (10)
- 電極リードを備えた複数のバッテリーセルを電気的に連結させるバスバー組立体であって、
棒状の伝導体形態で設けられた固定型バスバーと、
前記固定型バスバーを挟んで前記固定型バスバーの両側から離隔して配置され、前記固定型バスバーとの間に少なくとも一つずつの電極リードを挿入可能な挿入空間を形成する一対の移動型バスバーと、
前記電極リードが前記挿入空間に位置した状態で、前記一対の移動型バスバーを前記固定型バスバーに近接するように移動させることで、前記電極リードを前記固定型バスバーに密着させる密着部材とを含むことを特徴とするバスバー組立体。 - 前記一対の移動型バスバーは、それぞれ、
前記固定型バスバーと並んで設けられる密着部と、前記密着部の両終端から折り曲げられて延設される間隔調節部とを備え、
前記固定型バスバーを挟んで相互に対称となるように配置されて前記固定型バスバーの周囲を囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 前記密着部材は、両端部が前記一対の移動型バスバーに結合され、弾性復元力によって前記一対の移動型バスバーを相互に向かって移動させる板バネであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記板バネは、一対で設けられ、
前記一対の板バネの両端部は、前記一対の移動型バスバーで相互対向する前記間隔調節部の終端部に結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバスバー組立体。 - 前記バスバー組立体は、板状の構造物であって、前記挿入空間に対応する位置に前記電極リードが通過可能なスリットを備え、前記一対の移動型バスバーが前記固定型バスバーに対して移動できるように、前記一対の移動型バスバー及び前記固定型バスバーを支持するバスバー支持フレームをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記バスバー支持フレームは、前記一対の移動型バスバーの間隔調節部同士の間に挿入又は離脱可能に設けられる間隔維持突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記バスバー支持フレームは、前記間隔調節部の背面に位置する自由端を有するカンチレバービームをさらに備え、前記間隔維持突起は前記自由端に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記カンチレバービームは、前記間隔維持突起から離隔した位置に突設された加圧用突起をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 前記バスバー支持フレームは、前記一対の移動型バスバーが前記固定型バスバーの両側から最も遠く離隔した状態で、前記一対の移動型バスバーの四つの角部分を囲んで支持するように設けられたコーナーブラケットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5から請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のバスバー組立体。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載のバスバー組立体を含むことを特徴とするバッテリーモジュール。
